  1. And technically back then, we were an AFL team.
  2. Reminds me of the time I went to the Cowboys-Bills game in 2003. The Ohio State connection going head-to-head. The Cowboys WR's Vs. The Bills CB's. Terry Glenn & Joey Galloway Vs. Nate Clements & Antoine Winfield. It was a helluva game too.
  3. We now have a spot open on our practice squad.
  4. That would be such a stark contrast. Have to keep adjusting the Tint on your television so your eyes don't hurt,
  5. I didn't like this look when the Bills had the red helmets, it looked terrible. Now that they have white helmets, I think this combo looks really sharp.
  6. Ugh! I hope not. I hate that combo.
  7. If we don't wear Blue & Blue for Monday night, I'm guessing we wear throwbacks for that game.
  8. For the record, PFF has Tre'Davious White graded as Above Average. Personally, I think he is better than that.
  9. Why buy when you can play there for free?
  10. Yeah. Just look at our 35 year-old Kyle Williams & Lorenzo Alexander, and they aren't even quarterbacks. Anderson will be fine.
  11. So we hand the ball off to Shady, Ivory & Murphy on every play this week.
  12. Yes. By comparison PFF has Kyle Williams graded as Good, and Harrison Phillips as Above Average. Star is not at an All-Pro level, nor does he appear to be a liability either.
  13. Ask and you shall receive..... https://www.profootballfocus.com/nfl/players/star-lotulelei/7795
  14. Yes, I know a lot of fans here did not like the pick. Although I think more and more fans have accepted Josh Allen and think he has good potential. Personally, I liked the pick.
  15. Absolutely. The Bills drafted their QB, they are not going to spend another first round pick on another QB. If the Bills add another QB during the offseason, it will be another veteran in free agency.
  16. I agree. Although Woods probably wanted to go back to California, so it may not have mattered what the Bills would have offered. Alas, we'll never know.
  17. I understand all of that. We just couldn't fill every hole all at once. Going into the draft our biggest needs were at QB & LB, and we only had so much money to spend in free agency. Yes, I wish we had targeted more O-Linemen in the draft, but I'm not upset about the picks of Allen, Edmunds & Phillips. We have to bite the bullet this year, even if it cracks all of our teeth. Next off season is when things will change.
  18. So it's all a lost cause. Josh Allen will never be successful in this league. Is that the bottom line?
  19. Wood retiring and Incognito doing whatever he was doing, was unforeseen, and really messed everything up.
  20. By "everyone" I am talking about people on this board. Okay, it may not have been a unanimous 100% of the people on this board saying that, but it was clear that the majority of fans weren't exactly clamoring for the Bills to keep Robert Woods at all costs. There were many people here saying how Woods was nothing special, or that he was a great run blocker. Now all of a sudden fans are saying that we should have kept Woods no matter what. Where was all of this demanding from the fans when he was a free agent? I sure didn't see it.
  21. Beathard has a full year of learning in the NFL ahead of Allen. That is considerable. As for the 49'ers attempting to get better at the position.....They gave a five year $137.5 million contract with over $70 million guaranteed to a quarterback who has never played an entire season of NFL football. We shall see how that works out.
  22. So it is quite possible that both Star & Trent Murphy were positive signings?
