  1. I just checked and PFT says it's still unknown. The odds are good that he will, but as the article alluded to, I doubt that's made known until after the draft, so that teams don't know for sure if the Pack are targeting a QB (Frye).
  2. That was me up until this past post-season, when the Pats finally proved they could win without the refs (even though the ending of the SB looked like a fix to me). But what I'm "doing about that" is watching your coaches and key players leave, and enjoying it.
  3. The deal is reportedly 5 years. Once report had it at over $4M a year, and another had it at $5.5M a year. What a joke.
  4. What, that they won't win the SB again? Whatever you want to bet.
  5. Just clarifying, again.
  6. No wait, it's 5 years for $20M.
  7. You're right, but the early part of FA is for overspending. Let things settle down and TD can add some decent players for reasonable cash.
  8. Suck on it. The dynasty is DEAD. The Pats have lost key players and coaches. And if that wasn't enough, the SuperBowl lost ratings from the previous year. That can't sit too well with the big boys.
  9. Who cares? The dynasty is dead.
  10. Andruzzi signed with the Browns.
  11. I'll take David Patten.
  12. Wake up and realize it was only a dream?
  13. The draft picks are what I said. The numbers you can get from KFFL.com. Sounds like someone else's homework to me!
  14. This is the first year Brown would have made "1st WR money" with the Pats, and as a result he got cut because he wouldn't take a paycut. But he's as expendable as anyone on that team, including Brady who they're about to give a "monster" deal. Actually I should say "was expendable" because I think that losing Weis and Crennel to a smaller degree, will make it harder for them to plug-and-play anyone.
  15. I assume you're talking about a RFA, i.e. a guy with less than 4 years in the NFL. The minumum tender (I think about $300K) gives compensation at the same round the player was drafted. For $1.3M or so, it's a 1st rounder, for $1.8M, it's a 1st and 3rd. Don't quote me on the numbers because I can't find that info myself, but they're pretty close.
  16. He'd basically be a replacement for Patten.
  17. He played DT against the Pats in the blowout win to open the 2003 season, late in the game. But he needs all the reps he can get at OT.
  18. But wait, Jonas' cell phone is ringing...
  19. If someone wants to pass their word off as gospel and not hear anyone else's viewpoint, screw kindler, gentler!
  20. Please, no more Wahle talk! It's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Now Keydrick Vincent (LG for Steelers last year), that's another story. Come one stroke of midnight!
  21. The Bills could have had him last year but passed.
  22. "Platonic" to me implies you are of opposite sexes, but I'm also not judging...
