  1. The "he is a disruption" issue is too large to be dismissed. He is arguably the worst locker room guy of his generation, especially out of all the good players. There is no doubt the guy is a fine receiver; although, he has lost a step. But he tears teams apart from the inside -- he has been on three teams and did it to all three of them. Add all the caveats you want to a contract -- he doesn't care. He does what he wants even when it means dire consequences.
  2. Doug -- We may be experiencing a curse leveled on us for the mistreatment of Mr. Flutie. Drew -- May have been the next big thing here if he had decent blocking and coaching. But in the end, I blame his family. Trent -- The jury most certainly is still out, and I hope he tops this list by the end of 2009 JP -- Top of the bottom Rob -- If the refs correctly call it a forward lateral, he may have been atop this list Todd -- He just needed to sit around and learn a system for 10 years before starting What a sad list.
  3. Damn, why do we have to play the Patriots* twice, again?
  4. If I recall correctly, it is worth more than all the gold at Fort Knox.
  5. No, no, no... you weren't being negative. The comments on the ProFootballTalk page which you linked to has many negative comments, which of course has no reflection on you. I was talking about them not you. Here is a sample...
  6. Ouch....that really hurts -- especially considering the top three guys on that whole list I would take are the three they inherited.
  7. Some pretty negative "fans" commenting on that page.
  8. I think that is reading way too far into Lewis' comments.
  9. The post on the Bungle's Web site doesn't seem that sound to me. It says "all indications" but offers not a single example of what indications he is basing this on.
  10. Me thinks the Skooby-mobile needs to find another message board.
  11. Hall of Fame-bound is not the same as "any level of success," as you originally asked.
  12. Steve Largent was 5'11". He held every major NFL receiving record when he retired. Just saying...
  13. Yeah, isn't that a disgusting absolute fact?
  14. Absolutely agreed. Unfortunately, there are many fans who cannot separate the player from the person.
  15. It would be amusing if we end up swapping back-up QBs with the Bungles. I am confident we would be the one's coming out ahead if that were to occur.
  16. At this point last year, what would you have said about bringing in Kurt Warner?
  17. Bingo! As I just posted in another thread, Maryland (they don't play in Washington) is betting the farm on there being no CBA and an un-capped 2010 season. You can be certain Danny Snyder is going to strongly oppose any and all CBA proposals now.
  18. The Skins are betting the farm on there being no CBA and an un-capped 2010 season. You can be certain Danny Snyder is going to strongly oppose any and all CBA proposals now.
  19. Ray Lewis is a great player who is getting old. But he is still an incredible motivator and leader. But I think the team wants Poz to grow into the defense's signal caller and on-field leader, so they won't give Ray another look.
  20. Great first post. I'd say welcome, but it looks like you've been around the Wall for two years!
  21. Why the interest in another running back? I really like our top three, already. This doesn't make any sense to me...unless the team feels Lynch is going to be suspended. I wouldn't even comment, but this on top of Fred Taylor's visit shows the Bills are serious about acquiring another RB worthy of some carries every game.
  22. No truer statement can be made.
  23. 2:01 [Comment From The Tomcat] twobillsdrive.com.....check it out!
  24. Wow, the Broncos have absolutely gutted their entire defense.
