  1. Trade him for what? A 1st round pick? You could probably get that, but any draft pick is very risky and will take time to develop. There is a reason top-tier left tackles are nearly never traded or make it to free agency.
  2. He doesn't need to wear one now...she cannot get more pregnant.
  3. The guy lived in Binghamton for years. He needs to remember where he came from.
  4. If Cower is looking for the ultimate chance to show he is the best, taking over the Jests is probably his best opportunity. He would have to deal with the toughest media and play two games against Bellycheat each season and two against Tuna every season. Expectations would be bigger than even when Joe Gibbs came out of retirement a few years back. That said, I thought he liked the Pittsburgh-style-blue-collar cities. Isn't that why he just bought a home near Cleveland? New Jersey is a long way from Pittsburgh. Then again, maybe he is looking to get away from that. I think this would be a huge risk for Cower. It would either be disastrous for him or the crowning achievement of his career. He already has a spot waiting for him in the Hall of Fame. Why gamble that? Why? Because that's what guys like him do.
  5. Well, todd, maybe the team just needs to start over.
  6. Maybe select the next head coach?
  7. You're the one trying to make this point, so I think you need to do the research if you want validity. That said, through a cursory look at www.databasefootball.com, it appears that aside from his 1996 playoff season with the Browns, he beat about three teams that ended up with winning seasons.
  8. The Losman-Hamdan situation is exactly what got me thinking about this.
  9. Did you read the original post? It showed one could say Belllycheat could have been called a "career loser" too -- right before he started winning all the time. It is a fact we can use to keep from burning our Bills flags this offseason.
  10. Jabari Greer practiced this week, albeit in a limited basis. It sounds like he may be able to play this week or next. But he will be a free agent this offseason. So with that in mind, should the Bills put him back in the starting lineup as soon as he is ready, or do start McKelvin to get him the extra reps as he is certain to be on the team for a while? I can see both ways, but I hope we're going to retain Greer, so I hope the Bills do the right thing and start him. Of course, if the Bills have already decided he cannot be re-signed, then I think they should keep McKelvin on the field as much as possible. What say you?
  11. Even if it hadn't been posted TWICE THIS MONTH already, I wouldn't find it funny. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showt...&hl=powdery http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showt...&hl=powdery
  12. No one working for the team at any level is suppose to talk about contracts. This is not at all new.
  13. It is a secret beause not only is it final, but it is for seven years and makes him the highest paid coach in the NFL. And it gives him more of a coach/GM role.
  14. I totally agree on both points.
  15. Don't forget he followed that gem with a pass right into another Jet's hands. I recall back in '87 or so when there were accusations that Kelly was throwing picks on purpose. That was preposterous, just as saying JP might have thrown this game on purpose, but I understand how some conspiracy minded person could see such a possibility.
  16. I'm not doubting you, but I haven't seen Chris Brown commenting on this. Did you read this or hear him?
  17. Yet you're still on here right now... Walk the walk. Ha ha...he went offline four minutes after I originally posted this.
  18. So I presume you didn't fully think of the commitment you made when creating that user name? I certainly share in your immense frustration, rage, feeling of betrayal, etc., but being a Bills fan is knowing how to take all of that with a while shaker of salt, shaking it off time and time again, and coming back for more.
  19. This is an excellent sign Marshawn is becoming a team leader.
  20. The fool is anyone who continues to realize the fact the Bills are still in Buffalo shows Mr. Wilson is anything but in this for the money. He could be making many times more than he is if he moved the team to San Antonio or LA or Houston (before they got the Texans), etc. Opportunities to do just that have long been knocking at Ralph's door. That said, of course profits are important; without them, there would be no Bills, no pro football, no reason to be drunk in the middle of a Sunday afternoon (morning on the West Coast). Causing the Bills to lose money they are already counting on will do nothing but inch the team closer to leaving Western New York. As unhappy as I am with what has transpired this season, I still want my favorite football team to be based in Buffalo next season.
  21. I know I'd go with Welker just so I didn't have any reason to be happy about a single positive play for the stinkin' fish.
  22. Hmmm...and maybe Spagnuolo can bring up that offensive coordinator he works with in Jersey.
  23. Still, it is nice to see his name on that list, where he has some formidable company.
  24. I disagree. He had sacks last year against the Steelers, Pats*, Jets, Skins, stinkin' fish, Browns and Giants. The year before, he registered sacks against the Pats* (3), Bears, Lions, Packers, Texans, Jags, Chargers, Jets (3), stinkin' fish, and Titans. Not too many bad teams there.
  25. Sorry, rolly, but your post lost its creditability when you said Stroud has been "average at best." Let's see if Jenkins is still on his feet by Week 17.
