The fans down here liked Royal but said he dropped the ball at all the wrong times. They really liked Dockery here. Of course, Royal and Dockery played better as Skins than they did as Bills.

I am a huge fan of Derek, LINK, but trading for Scheffler puts a proven tight end on our roster right now.

Not that this needs to be further laughed at, but Cooley is the best tightend/h-back in the game, and he is loved here in Redskins country. He is NOT going anywhere, I am very sure.

So you enjoy going there but you want it taken off TBD? It seems to me you really just want them to get a different writer, which I agree with. But that means you are lobbying in the wrong place and for the for thing. Rather, e-mail the moderators at RF365. I don't like Bialy's work either, but I support TBD posting all the Bills material out there. I feel like I can decide for myself what I like and what I don't. And I don't click on what I don't like.

Did Mort (or anyone outside of TBD) ever mention the Bills as a possible landing spot for TO? Nope. We need to look at this organization from a whole new angle now. They are feeling desperate, and that means they are unpredictable now. I wouldn't be surprised with anything now.

When is the last time the Bills completely owned the front page of the NFL section in an national sports publication? Check out teh NFL section (page 7) in today's Sporting News at Sportingnews.com The article there on the right also says a lot -- the Bills are expecting national and international sponsors now that wouldn't have ever taken the Bills seriously before last weekend. People keep saying this is the biggest move for the Bills since trading for Drew Bledsoe. I think this is bigger than that; maybe the biggest thing since Jim Kelly came to town. Now that doesn't mean I put this anywhere near Kelly's arrival in terms of what it may mean to the on-the-field product. Rather, I mean it is the biggest deal since that in the sense of what it will mean business-wise to the organization. I think the success Kelly brought in wins and losses saved the organization. I think the excitement Doug Flutie's play brought to the Bills save the organization. And now I think the income Owens may bring to the team may once again save the organization.

The Rams and Orlando Pace never really came to an agreement on salary, but they kept him right up until he was all worthless. You don't let a quality LT get away, and Peters needs to realize he isn't getting away.

What the hell does this all matter? Isn't he going to be a Bronco soon? Seriously, I am psyched.

+1 It took Connor a while to find his legs, but he did and he was doing fine, considering the source for which he was writing. But this Bialy guy has torn apart any reputation Connor had built. We're being unfairly harsh on the guy, though, as I am sure he is trying hard -- but he is out of his element and is being given much more exposure than he should.

Trent is at Orchard Park working out already. I think the receivers should follow suit and come to Buffalo. All the receivers and Fitzpatrick. Hell, the whole offense. And why not the defense, too?

I say sign all three and let them battle it out in camp for two spots.

Buffalo nightlife is fine. He won't have a problem, IMHO. But what about during camp? Rochester really doesn't have much nightlife.

Look at the Bills logo and the #12. They are superimposed on there -- and not very well. The shoe is a bt wriknkeld there, but there are no wrinkles in the logo or text. I am saying for sure that Jimbo didn't have his own Nikes, but that photo is doctored. I also believe the shoe coloring is fake.

I gather from the posts now appearing on his Facebook page that he did not guarantee a playoff berth.

I agree. No more drama needed. Just sign Berry, Simmons, Brown, June AND Keiaho, and trade for Waters, Peppers and Scheffler. That's all.

The Bills are going to be on the frontpage of some 90 percent of sports section tomorrow morning. They are going to lead off thousands of television sports broadcast tonight and tomorrow. I was at Damon's sports bar in Maryland tongiht when the new broke. That is all the entire place was talking about. The Bills are the topic of the moment. Now what can they do with that currency?
