  1. I voted for Hughes only because it wouldn't shock me to see the Bills trade Epinesa, if so that would open up a roster spot for a DE. Beasley they have two slot guys so a no for him. I'd rather see a guy like Sanders come back as he can play outside. Same with Williams, unless they don't draft any interior lineman, just don't see a roster spot for him
  2. Agree. It's not the first time this happened, sounded like the last time Christmas was on the weekend, the NFL scheduled one game. Sure, this is also the 1st time the NFL scheduled a triple header too. Likely we'll be at our daughters house and her husband likes the NBA more than NFL so could be interesting day.
  3. I cheated, technically was 1979 but I voted other, Tom Cousineau. 1st overall pick in draft, never played a down for the Bills! The only saving grace he was eventually traded to Cleveland for the 14th pick in the 1983 draft which was then used to to select Jim Kelly. Since that pick was after 1980, figured it qualified.
  4. Can't see them easily giving up the day, from what I read NBA plans to continue as they have. But will be interesting.
  5. While I do agree 100% he has a very engaging and likeable personality makes it easy to say you'd love him but as they DON'T say in the stock market: Past performance does indicate future results! For the most part, at some point or another everyone else is hated! Maybe if we went to an NFC team like the Bears or somewhere that has lost for a long time, maybe then he's be viewed in good terms. But if he were say to beat the Bills in the SB, he'd be dead to everyone here!
  6. Maybe they draft a WR who has return experience. But even if they do, will they want to put a rookie back there doing it? Once they signed Crowder, IMO not so sure McKenzie's role chances much from what he did last season. So by default McKenzie may be main return guy. Only other choice likely would be Stevenson. Not sure he even makes the roster though if they do draft a rookie. WR high.
  7. My comment was more directed toward just the fact that it was 23 + rounds long. Who are they drafting, the 3rd string punter or something. Admittedly was a different situation as no free agency, so these players you had long term unless cut or traded. On the other hand some amazing players drop to the 23rd round like Lamonica.
  8. Right so in 3 years we'll again play the AFC North teams, but not the same NFC North teams that same year. So only every 12 years, would we play the same identical schedule. My prior post I said every 20 years, but is really every 12.
  9. Is he related?? When I saw the last name, Dan was the first guy I thought of!
  10. Rather large variables as every 4 years repeats for same conference teams, but every 5th year for other conference. So only completely repeats itself every 20 years. Believe that holds true now even with the 17th game thrown in.
  11. Drafted in the 23rd round, wow. Imagine the coverage that would require from ESPN! Front office must have brought sleeping bags to the draft!
  12. If T White hadn't got hurt, would completely agree with his logic. But IMO that changes alot here with CB in general. Unless they feel strongly that White will be back Sept 1st at 80 to 90%??
  13. Did they play together prior?
  14. Glad to know I'm not crazy. Or we both are!
  15. Beautiful day for some Quesadillas??? I heard "Beautiful day to take some videos!!" Or were joking?? Siran Neal looks a little bit like he could be Leslie Fraziers kid, face looks similar.
  16. So are you claiming it will cost over $1000? Full price of ST last I checked was close to $400 could see that price. That still would save me another $1000 on top of ST for DTV. If it goes too high, people will continue using illegal methods.
  17. Yes but if you want to take credit for that one, right below is an article talking about them taking the Safety Hamilton, a position you stated they can ignore.
  18. So Sling now gives the local channels where you live? I just Googled it, says it only carries NBC and Fox in certain cities. No ABC or CBS. Or they will give you an antenna. Nothing in Western NY is listed BTW With You Tube you also get all the local networks which are where the televised games are on.
  19. The OP must work for the Athletic as article today with mock draft has Bills taking center in first round. LOL Not sure I buy it but.... Can he also play guard? Doesn't say, if so could more see this happening and he starts out at guard. https://theathletic.com/3249591/2022/04/18/nfl-mock-draft-smokescreen-season-at-no-1-texans-eagles-trade-up-for-defensive-cornerstones/ Tyler Linderbaum, Center, Iowa Interior offensive linemen have been an issue for Buffalo during Josh Allen’s tenure as quarterback, and Linderbaum provides an immediate salve to a group that was leaky in protection early in 2021. The best quarterbacks and offensive coordinators rave about what an elite center does for an offense play-to-play, and Linderbaum may well be an All-Pro before he completes his rookie contract.
  20. I think Bills now lead the league on players appearing on Americas Got Talent. He and Doranbus! sp
  21. I have You Tube TV, has a pretty good lineup for sports station IMO one of the better ones all around. Plus I wanted the "Live TV" part too which Sling and many of the others don't offer. The only other one I'm aware of that has Live TV is Hulu. I wanted live TV as own 2 houses in different states so can use in two places. If I went with Cable would need a package for two locations And yes is much less and with as much competition, prices stay more stable.
  22. LOL Surprised that didn't get flagged by the auto censoring.
  23. Do 4:25 games count as prime time or are we just talking night games only? I'll go 2 Sunday Night, 1 Monday, a Saturday, is every team still required to play a Thursday game? Would they go back to back years and have them play at Detroit on turkey day? On top of that add in a couple 4:25 games too. If Rams not prime time, that could easily be a 4:25 due to time difference.
  24. If it's like baseball the difference between one team and full league pricing was non significant IMO to bother with the one team option. Think it was about 80% of the full price, but was a couple years back when I last looked. Agree, but not buying having to buy DTV on top of ST makes it much cheaper overall.
  25. Yes I did, so what's your point?
