Most of the winners don't do sh--, (aside from Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson) but there has been some non-winning talent that got noticed on idol. People like Chris Daughtry, Jennifer Hudson, etc. The really good talent is better off not winnig Idol, because then Idol doesn't control their soul, as they do to the winner. It depends. Cutler for Edwards straight up, or Cutler for Edwards and a late pick, i would take those trades in a heartbeat. Cutler for Edwards and a 1st...ehhh, not so much.

The worst part about the Jay Cutler induced 3 game losing streak at the end of last season was when he allowed 30, 30, and 52 points to the opposition.

I lost all respect for james harrison last summer when he beat his girlfriend. And i lost a ton of respect for the steelers last summer when they kept harrison, not long after cutting cedric wilson for the exact same infraction and claiming they didn't want players like Wilson on their roster.

I just took a brief look and it seems they do, but there's not a wide variety of magazines available yet. If/when they get a wide selections of magazines available, i'd consider getting kindle. But i'll always get a paper subscription to playboy. A kindle can't replicate a centerfold.

I dont see myself ever giving up reading actual books. But, the kindle looks like something i'd love to have for magazine subscriptions. I've never played with one or seen how it works, but is this a possibility/does it already exist?

I'm not bitching too loud, more like some grumbling. I'm really happy at how good we've been this season. I know we beat UNC without Lawson, but keep in mind earlier this year, it took a miracle Lawson 3 at the buzzer for UNC to beat us. We've shown we can hang with them. I don't mind our draw too much, but i dont know a whole lot about Wisconsin or Xavier. If we got to the sweet 16 and faced Pitt, it'll be the second time we've seen them, and we matched up with them pretty well back in december.

Wow. Beat #1 UNC in the ACC semis and lose to Duke in the finals to finish the season out at 25-9 (12-7 ACC) and all FSU gets is a 5 seed? We got hosed.

Hardly. Evertte's been nothing but a stand up, hard nosed, give 100% player his entire time here at FSU. I can't guarantee he'll be the next superstar, but i can guarantee he'll bust his ass and do what it takes to learn whatever is asked of him for whatever team that takes him.
