Honestly it should be one of those Geico commercials at this point: "If you're Goodwin, you come up a little gimpy after running a route. It's what you do."
I agree with this 100%. You're not going to get much traction around here right now, but in February when Whaley is let go, these themes will start to be discussed around here without as much backlash or vitriol.
Between the Lawsons and Ragland, though, they have major roster holes. This was not a team that could afford to completely blow its first two draft picks, at least as far as 2016 was concerned. Ragland was bad luck, Shaq was bad strategy.
Meanwhile I continue to think that Miles Jack will be a multi-year All Pro selection. He should've been the pick - and the fact that they were worried he might miss a year is ironic now, given that he's healthy and playing and Ragland is the one likely to miss time.
Kujo isn't even going to make the roster, and I suspect Seantral is going to be shelved to start the season (if not longer). They need to sign some depth.
This is a team that could not afford to go into the season without its first two draft picks - depth is already an issue, especially at those positions. Really hoping this is not significant.
These knuckleheads don't want to use Uber, and they don't want their pals driving them around - they want to be seen in their fancy new whips when they turn up for a night out. That's why there are so many athlete DUIs.
