  2. Aaron Williams was a major injury risk heading into this season and the GM did very little to plan for his inevitable departure. Yes the Bills were unlucky with 6 safeties ending up on IR, but other than AW, none of those players were any good. IMO we also saw the decline of Corey Graham this year and he shouldn't have been counted on, either. His body is done, he can't run anymore.
  3. Yup. Like James Harrison, Vontaze Burfict and Steve Smith. You wonder sometimes if they even know they're playing football? As far as they know it might not even be a sport. Anyhow sorry to digress. Great analysis Bandit and Gunner.
  4. Corey Graham is a corpse - his body his done. I think we can safely cross him off the 53 for next year.
  5. He sounds like Cutler on the field, and Manziel off of it... that said, I'd take him in the 5th if he's there. Too much upside. Also, what's wrong with "pursuing porn stars on Twitter"?
  6. Yup, that's all that's going on here.
  7. I must be the only person in the universe who thought that punting there was an acceptable strategy...
  8. Unfortunately we're in for 1-3 years of further suffering under this regime. Ultimately Ralph's former managers will run out of rope and they'll all be shown the door - Whaley, Brandon, Berchtold, the whole gang - a complete draining of the swamp (to use the parlance of our times). But Terry is too classy to do it now, without first giving them one more chance to right the ship. I believe we have great ownership. The Pegulas will, ultimately, restore glory to this franchise. But they're going to do it their way, patiently and methodically. It's going to take time.
  9. He is TERRIBLE at his job. Like, Mike McLintock from Veep terrible. It amazes me that he still has his job after all these years of sucking at it.
  10. This team is five years away from even starting to be competitive. Some fans just can't let themselves admit that, it's too crushing for them.
  11. You want to pick a RB at 10? And not even the best one in the draft?
  12. Especially considering HE ONLY WOULD'VE COST A SECOND-ROUND TENDER. This is an insane discussion - it's a no-brainer that they assigned the wrong tender to him and needlessly lost a player who could've helped this year.
  13. Ironically, if they move on from Tyrod, Cutler is probably the best FA option...
  14. I wouldn't waste a high pick on a WR unless we're going with an entire new offense and QB. Assuming Lynn and Tyrod are retained, I'd sign a #2 WR like Kendall Wright, and perhaps draft a TE in round 2 or 3 (it's a deep TE draft). At #10, I'd take an impact player on defense - find me the best passrusher or safety. Right now, Adams is my guy.
  15. I strongly suspect both Pats coaches said "no thank you" when asked if they would agree to be interviewed.

  17. OMG you've become fully myopic, Peter. This is nuts.
  18. I was watching that game and he looked like Bell to me, too. Good depth pickup in round 3 or 4
  19. He reads the business of the NFL the way he reads defenses, apparently...
  20. Alec Baldwin was mentioned. It was me, I just mentioned him.
  21. Great report, thank you. No seriously this is one of the most amazing posts of all time. I'm not joking. It's priceless. For all we know the OP is talking about his own dinner table conversation. Or maybe his cat mentioned Cowher.
