    Whoa whoa WHOA! LOTS going on here - changing fonts, changing type sizes, weird highlighting, a Maya Angelou reference, and "head couch"! You get my vote for Post of 2019 so far - but it's early.

    I think it's kind of refreshing that the league has moved away from retreads this offseason - lots of young offensive-oriented minds are being given opportunities - the results will be mixed, for sure, but at least it'll be something new in a league where innovation has been hard to find over the last 20 years or so.

    He's also the right body type to counter the trend towards permanent nickel/dime defense that we're seeing. Defenses are smaller and faster, not the worst time to be able to run heavy between the tackles.

    His issue is attitude and personnel choices - he couldn’t tolerate Ajayi and Landry and ran them out of there.

    Elway has been c*ck blocking the Bills for his entire tenure it seems.

    Can't be thin-skinned when you face the NY media - not everyone is suited for it. Gase will have to grow up a bit if he's going to survive in NYC.

    Kinda cool to see the influx (and re-influx) of offensive-minded coaches - Arians, LaFleur, Kingsbury, there will be a couple others.

    All kinda depends on who Miami hires to coach, right? As for Flacco, he's not going somewhere where they've installed a short, precision-passing offense, like Washington. That's not his game.

    I think that's probably right - he's launching his own brand and he probably got legal advice not to use official NFL logos etc. to promote his products, because, well, you know, laws.

    Respectfully - I don't think the issue was a lack of effort, but possibly a lack of focus. Even more so, though, he seemed to learn how to track the ball during the season - something I would not have thought possible.
