Problem: I'd guess that no more that 5% of the TSW membership watched - or even gets on their tv - MAC games. Count me in among the folks who doesn't know a thing about this guy.

I'm guessing that the carrying tv station and some local businesses that advertise will buy the tix. That happened twice this year in CIN - grocery chain Kroger bought a bunch last week, and gave 'em away. The other game - I don't recall the buyer - gave them to families with military service members.

U Cinn bb coach Cronin was on the radio last night. His opinion was that the NCAA should put in a rule that while the season is on-going (including bowl appearances), there should be no contact, or tampering if you will - by other colleges. He noted that Kelly is in a tough spot.

The NFL transactions list was pretty active, yesterday - teams putting players on IR, because the season is winding down and so giving up hope that this or that one will get healthy. Roster spots are valuable.

Johnson practices every week. The Bills' staff may not be the sharpest talent evaluators, but wrs are relatively easy to judge IMO. I'm surprised that they haven't tossed him over to their PS. I would...he was a 7th round pick, so there is no big $$$ tied up in him. I need linemen, I need lbs on the team, and he takes up a roster spot. How often has he been active this season?
