McNulty kicked for the U at Buffalo for 4 years. A cannon for a leg but accuracy was an issue early in his career. He would miss XPs regularly. 🤦‍♂️ But he gradually improved and become fairly reliable by his final year.

The NFL Draft was 17 rounds until 1977 when it was reduced to 12 rounds. Then when the salary cap was introduced in 1994 it became 7 rounds.

I just meant it's hard to have faith in a city administration that has so much difficulty getting streets plowed to do anything well. I just heard that Green Bay is the host next year. Hotels are the biggest thing. I don't think WNY has enough rooms. I also have my doubts the City of Buffalo can handle having the entire population of Buffalo in one spot, based on how well they plow the streets.
