I'm sure there is some greed involved but PSL's are really small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. Take the Bills stadium. I'm just guessing that $2,000 is the average PSL cost for 60K seats. That's $120MM out of $2.2B. But if you can build a stadium with bars restaurants, casinos and sportsbooks, etc. Now you're talking. I don't agree that the football is that bad. People might not care about these teams but the level of play is competitive within the league. It might be sooner.
