  1. Did you end up going? I grabbed a $50 ticket at 4:30 and went. Surprisingly cheap for a Bruins game. I went expecting the usual beatdown but was treated to actual competent hockey. You saw what happens when a team plays actual defense. By the third period when the Bruins were desperate, Levi was still relatively fresh and shut the door. Your wish is granted. Play defense and, lo and behold, your goalie improves. Like magic. UPL has been the most consistent Sabres goalie this year.
  2. I'm sympathetic to him because if I became a billionaire overnight and bought my favorite, I wouldn't have the first clue what to do. Listen to an expert, you say? That's who Pat LaFontaine was, and he hired GM Tim Murray. You have to be a little lucky you don't get taken for a ride. Same with the Bills. He got snookered hiring Rexy. I'm sure McDermott felt like a pillar of competence afterwards.
  3. When Terry saved the Bills from Bon Jovi and Rogers, and everyone loved him, I knew he'd be despised in a few years. Because no good deed goes unpunished.
  4. Apparently there's another ring of hell.
  5. Then why play a regular season? Let's just have a beauty pageant to pick playoff schools?
  6. No restrictions on NIL. No more pretending to be amateur. Might just finish off the Big 12 and ACC. https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/with-new-college-football-subdivision-proposal-ncaa-finally-admits-its-amateurism-model-is-dead/
  7. I don't know. Got a good chunk of yardage.
  8. Yes. Some coaches want to give their team a chance to win.
  9. He's no Josh Allen.
  10. And it was absolutely what 99.9% of Bills fans wanted.
  11. Pats-Chargers is a bum fight.
  12. Because we remember the losses. Wins not so much.
  13. Let's not pretend that anyone was opposed to the Bills making a big move. All I heard was championship caliber teams make bold moves. Well here you go. It ought to be a cautionary tale that not every deal works out. But it won't be.
  14. They did fire the OC today for whatever that's worth.
  15. I don't think the NFLPA would go along with this. Now the league could suspend him. They done as much for players accused of offenses. Not sure what a suspension does for the Bills cap tho.
  16. That's how I took it. You're talking about trading Josh.
  17. Excellent point. It's not like the NFL waits for a verdict to suspend players. Charges are often enough.
  18. Sure, if you want to give up. The Bills can turn back into pumpkins like we're used to. It won't be that bad. We can debate who we are drafting and which washed out QB to sign. All our games will be at 1pm. Just like old times.
  19. Is there a morals clause in his contract? What's the threshold for it to go into effect?
  20. Terry reads the Stadium Wall. He's actually @BADOLBILZ.
  21. Don't you think Bill would want full control at his new gig? Now if you said bring Belichick on board as the DC, I might consider that
  22. Are you unaware of how the Patriots are doing? Crappy team, you say? Guess who picked all the players?
  23. Sadly this team has dozens of worthy candidates. Here's what I came up with: 1) Wide Right 2) 13 Seconds 3) Patriots "Just Give It To Em" game 4) 2004 losing to Steelers 3rd stringers and missing playoffs
  24. For alumni events? Yes. As a coach? No effin' way.
