You are missing my point while players like Kelly, Thomas, Reed are all great players and, in the HOF, they are not in the conversation for best at their position all time. Bruce and OJ are in that conversation. As for the Bills organization #78 and #32 are the greatest defensive and offensive players in the teams history. AINEC.

Right now, both the Bills and Sabres have good management groups in place. As for the football side of things let Beane and McDermott run the show. Terry can handle the business side of things. Its previous obvious now that the Sabres have the right people in place as well. Next year fans should see playoffs in both football and hockey. Hopefully a Super Bowl championship as well. Give the Sabres a few years to learn how to win in the playoffs before any realistic expectations of winning a Cup.

He should have been out after 13 seconds. I still can't believe the Bills didn't win that game. 30 seconds sure as there is enough time to get into FG range especially with timeouts. But 13 come on.

If Bill and the Pats ever part ways, then I would kick McDermott to the curb in a NY minute. Bill has had "some success" with an elite level franchise QB. Back to reality both Beane and McDermott are safe, and it probably would take a really bad season to get them canned like 3-14, 4-13 type bad. I am just a fan, so my opinion is completely meaningless.

From a talent POV Bruce and OJ are above the rest. Bruce is the greatest defensive player in Bills history He is also one of the greatest in league history. Same goes for OJ for the Bills offense as well as the league. Kelly, Thomas, Reed, Lofton are all great players, but they are not considered some of the greatest at their positions. Bruce and OJ are.

For the Bills in my lifetime only two are on the superstar level with #17 and that's #32 and #78.

These are 2 arenas in Quebec (left) and KC (right) have that the league has options to move the Coyotes. Houston is another possibility, but I don't know if they have the arena unless they share the one the Rockets use.

“Legends” awarded F&B contract for the new stadium
Gregg replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
Will they at the new stadium. Raised tickets prices and PSL fees aren't the only prices that will be going up. At MetLife for example a bottle of Bud, Coors Light, Miller Light cost $22.00 this past season. $22 for piss water. Food prices are up there as well. -
Fair point on the Bills but it does look like the Sabres have finally gotten it right. 91 points last year with a very young and talented core to build around. I said this in the Sabres thread, but I think they will have the type of season next year that the Devils had this past year. So, unless injuries hit there will be playoff hockey in Buffalo next spring.

Very Early Season Prediction with game by game Explanation.
Gregg replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Tua gets hurt (unfortunately there is a good chance of that happening) then I can't see the Dolphins despite their roster winning the division with Mike White as the QB. He is a serviceable backup but that's it. It will probably come down to the Bills and Jets. I have the Bills floor as 10-7 with their ceiling at 12-5. -
Hate to see any market lose their team but I don't see the Coyotes lasting in Arizona long term. Don't they play on a college campus where the seating capacity is around 6,000.

Why should Patrick pay for his dumbass brother. He might if they are close, but this isn't his problem. I doubt the brother can pay 20k on his own. -
I disagree on the 4-12 part. If the season goes that bad, then I could see Terry cleaning house and firing both McDermott and Beane. 4 wins with this roster and Josh as the QB. They should be able to win 8-9 games in their sleep with this roster. One thing to remember is with the new stadium on the way with raised ticket prices and PSL fees. Terry needs a winning product more than ever and that means the pressure will be on McDermott and Beane to produce or else.

at Philly? -
It's been a long time since the Bills played a 4:25 game at home. They have a "sexy" schedule this year for the networks. Not every game can be TNF, SNF, MNF. So, CBS and FOX want some of those Sunday afternoon Bills games as the national game broadcast to the entire country. Otherwise, it makes no sense for an EC team to play 4:00 or 4:25 home games. I wonder if Pegula cleans house completely or Beane gets a chance to hire the next HC assuming your scenario plays out.
-
Yet 3 of those teams will get to play some of them at home except one.

Quinnen Williams scrubs Jets from his Twitter page

No, they have talking about replacing the turf for a while now. Players around the league have complained MetLife has one of the worst fields in the league. -
Sorry for your loss.

MetLife is getting new turf. It's about time as players have said it is one of the worst fields to play on. -
Quinnen Williams scrubs Jets from his Twitter page
Gregg replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Henry McKenna on Twitter: "#Jets DT @QuinnenWilliams is seeking between $25M-$30M per year in his upcoming contract, per source. (More than Jeffery Simmons and less than Aaron Donald.) "He loves the Jets. He just wants to get paid. Hopefully it doesn't get messy," the source said. Story coming...." / Twitter -
Once my Isles were eliminated then I wanted the Rangers and Leafs out. Since they are also gone, I really don't care who wins the Cup from the teams still playing.

Quinnen Williams scrubs Jets from his Twitter page

Dov Kleiman on Twitter: "𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: #Jets star DT Quinnen Williams bio now reads: "Defensive Tackle for ………" With his last tweet is a RT of the contract the #Giants gave Dexter Lawrence - $90 million with $60 million guaranteed. Williams is clearly sending the Jets a message as they're working… https://t.co/cHVY4npXxW" / Twitter
