Maybe Terry will get tired of falling short in the playoffs and decide to clean house. I am not saying after this season but if 2 or 3 years go by and now Allen is in his early thirties and still no Super Bowl appearance/championship then maybe then. I know the pitchforks and knives will be out in full force for both Beane and McDermott to be replaced if that is the case.

I am hoping they will start to be challenged in the AFCW. Harbaugh is going to build a winner. His first year in LA and they already went to the playoffs.
