Pats without question. In fact, with our schedule being so tough I think the Pats give us a run for #1 in AFCE. You heard it here first. They made good moves in the trenches, good Coach, Diggs is Diggs but will only help. Drake is a good QB and he showed it last year. Don't sleep on them... they could take #1 and WE ARE #2. Our D is a gamble at this point. Is Bosa ready? Is Milano ready? Is Benford ready? Who is CB2? Safety is a crap shoot. We will see.... our sked is tough!!!

After deep thought - I would love a CB on day 1. But is there a CB worthy (to start for us) by pick 30? Or do we move up for CB?

I agree. The issue is the amount he wants and the amount Beane wants to pay are two different worlds. But Cook is our best player on Offense outside of Josh. We need him back.

Cook is a weapon that we can't replace in the draft. he has had over 1000 yards rushing for two seasons in a row as well as having 250yds receiving last year and 430 in 2023. 16TD's last year. We NEED him back and Beane knows it. They are trying to come to terms as Cook is asking for his payday. People that think we use Davis or someone from the draft are high. I can see us signing Amari again.

I'm still on the fence. Our D was porous and it doesn't seem like we added studs but we will see. Bosa might turn out to be a factor which would be great. Beane had me excited until I heard about the PED situation which made me angry with him. We play sandlot football on offense a lot of the time which will not change as we still have the sandlot gang in Josh/brady/knox/kincaid/shakir. This isn't the worst thing but I would like to see more strategy. Example, tush push. Run Cook/Davis on 1st down. predictable. I hope we can get a few more defensive players before the draft (CB, DT). My worry is Patriots are getting better. Texans will be healthy. Denver made moves...

I was happy with the Hoecht signing. O-gun I was meh. But now, with a 6-game suspension for both and BB knowing about both situations?!? It's comical. I understand the Hoecht signing even with the 6-game suspension as he is a 3 year deal, so big picture/long term strategy. OK, we eat the 6 games for him. But O-gun??? BB was told after the fact about the suspension, given the opportunity to negate the signing. He still moved forward. Very interesting situation. I sure hope it works out! I do expect Bosa to be an upgrade over Von. Groot has room for improvement but he is solid. So we need to "weather the storm" for six-7 weeks while these two signings get up to speed. (No pun).

We need this guy. If no Garrett, then this guy. He's a game wrecker. Give them our first and a third. He is top 5 in NFL. And he is a Bill style player. Blue collar, tough. There are too many teams "close" to the top now: Detroit, Washington, Texans, KC, Balt, Denver, GB..... to name a few. They will all be in on him. We NEED to keep him away from all of them.

I agree with above. Opposite Benford - D Slay is better that Rasul Douglas. Keep grooming Ingram and we have a pretty good CB room. I'm all for this and it allows us to still focus on Garret/Crosby. Then just go get Holand at safety and boom - our D is transformed.

Jets lost 6 games by 3 points last season. They almost" beat us in the first matchup. He can definitely play. Jets are a joke. Giants, are not. They have a good D line. Good WR and will add to the team with the #3 pick. They don't like the QB's in this years draft so a move like this isn't bad at all. Build the "core" through the draft, use Rogers for 1 season and then land the real QB. Not bad IMO.

If Pegs is smart he will auction the stuff. Maple Leaf Gardens auctioned a LOT! Seats, bolts, whole rows of seats (5 total). Signs etc.

I saw The Grateful Dead there twice, CSN, The Who. I saw Tasker catch a pass in a playoff game in the endzone for a tuddy vs Miami. I saw a guy literally pass out on the silver benches in the nose bleeds... then pissed himself while passed out vs The Lions. I saw many games there where I was having a blast! I met my wife there as she was a Jill and I winked at her. I had to piss so bad once at a game, I found an open door and inside was a lobby of elevator doors. I pissed on the floor, shenagled my pants back up with frozen fingers and BOOM - the elevator doors opened. Two security cops: "Going up or down" they asked. Holy sheet....i escaped drunk tank. I taught my whole section to call Stevie Johnson: "Butterfingers" all game long. We yelled it all day. too funny.
