I was sooo angry at the fake punt. I was done. Completely done. I hope KC would score - which they did until the "fumble" at the 1" goal line. We got bailed out. McD got bailed. If that touchback didn't happen I think we are all saying fake punt + FIRE HIM! It changed the game. We were done after that. You could see it in our players body language. Dumbest play in NFL this season for sure.

It cost us the game IMO. We pulled a fake punt, from our own 30 yard line on a 4th and 5. We lined Hamlin, yes HAMLIN in the middle right square behind the center. KC 100% knew it was coming. I knew it too as I yelled at the TV: WTF???!! Buffoon call. KC then marched it down our throats on that drive only to "fumble" at the 1" goal line. We got bailed! BUT DID WE? Answer is no. Our team came right out at the 20 yard line after the touchback and what did we do? We ran Cook right straight up the middle for a half yard gain. My point is you get a bailout lucky call and you give away one down right away. Idiotic playcalling. To me.. our boys knew it right after the fake punt that we were done. I was done too. We didn't look the same after that play. It killed the team... it really did.

I dunno - I feel confident about the KC game and the run for the roses to the SB. Bernard seems to be our only real injury and Klein will fill in quite nicely as he did last night. Hopefully we get Spector back too and we will be fine. Douglas should be back. And Benford ran off the field and I saw him jumping on the sideline when Shakir torched the Steelers for the TD. He is fine. Rapp would be nice to have back too and I assume he will be. So our wildcard is Taron... GO BILLS!!!! Oh - and Gabe Davis. He's an interesting topic as he actually plays well vs KC. Hopefully as we need everyone on deck.

The fumble out of bounds call was 100% correct. He actually touched it twice while lying OOB. Get over it... it's football.
