  1. Deion Jones to the rescue! go 45... we need ya!
  2. Deion Jones was a STUD LB for Atlanta. For the past two seasons he has dropped off. I'm not sure why. If we can get any semblance of his Falcons days... look out! He is a ball hawk and he can lay the pipe when he hits! I bet we see a mix of Dorian and Jones all season depending on scheme and who we are playing. I feel better about this LB room now that Jones and McD had a chat last night in Pitt.
  3. I tend to agree with some of the posters here. Beane did grab a few Vets at LB and Williams should make a step up this season as well as Bernard. Fingers crossed our LB group can stand pat. If our D Line (Von, Greg and Epenesa) have a solid season, we may be fine.
  4. If Von is Von again, Oliver plays like a stud again and Bernard makes a step forward - we will win the Division. It's ALL up to our D. Our O can score but the Defense needs to do their part and right now we look light.
  5. That's one way to look at it and I don't disagree with you. But Milano is our stud LBer. He will be missed. Next man up at this point I guess...
  6. Whoa there! Don't insult Milano with a comparison to Tre White. Milano is tough and good. Tre was a weenie. The loss of Milano was apparant last year and will be again this year. We need to make a move. Major blow to our D.
  7. Welp, it has begun. This is a big loss. I hope Bernard is ready to take a step upwards as he had a great season last year! Who can step in for Milano? Bernard is our new Milano IMO so we need a Bernard replacement on the field. I also think, crazy thought here, but I bet we make a move for Simmons at Safety. That way we have solid D behind the LBers. As of now, without Milano, our D is weak in the middle!
  8. Yep - Cover 1 has tweeted it. Major Bicep injury will miss significant time." F%C&!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Yes, And didn't JJ Watt have that last season? I could be wrong. Milano.... ouch if true. Our D just took a solid hit.
  10. Samuel will be our stud! Just watch boys. Relax, we are gonna pound it this year! GO BILLS Our D is the question.
  11. Bingo! Our O this season will keep pace and be better than last year. Samuel alone is gonna impress. Kincaid, Shakir and Coleman and Davis will only help the scoring. It's our D that is suspect and always, always the part that kills us. Now with Milano out again (word is) that sucks! We go get a LB this week I bet.
  12. The pass to Shakir last year in the KC playoff game. Shakir slid in the EZ for the TD! What a pass. Josh even said his eyes were closed and he had snot running down his face. So cool!
  13. Ty Johnson!!!!!!!
  14. Get well Matt! We need you.
  15. If you think the Chiefs look like a dumpster fire, then what do the Bills look like? The Chiefs came out first drive with starting O and Mahomes looked excellent! Moved the ball around to a couple receivers, Pacheco and the running game looked mint! Not sure wtf you watched?!? Now the Bills, our starting O went 3 and out: Run, pass, run. Both runs with Cook were pathetic and loss of yards on 3rd down. Chiefs were clean, crisp, disciplined and loose. We were sloppy.
  16. I know - I'm over reacting. But yes, he did look weak on his feet. One bump on him and he was stumbling. Go back and watch it. Anyway, it's preseason but his routes were weak. Baldy said the same thing in his stream for what it's worth. Bingo. Brian Baldy saying same thing. Theres something to Coleman "can't separate and get open" talk. I saw it in 2 routes yesterday. Pre season hopefully. But it's basic WR stuff. We will see with fingers crossed, which sucks.
  17. Yeah, we will see. I wasn't focusing on the pass. I was focusing on his route and lack of power through the DB. It's football, guys tug and bump... he looked weak. twice. We will see. I hope he is fine. Shakir an Samuel look like dawgs!!!
  18. Sloppy performance! Pre season yes, but other teams in pre season look disciplined and tight. Once again, just like last year, we look loose and sloppy. We wil see.
  19. Good day: Samuel, Shakir, Josh. Brady for playing vanilla. Bad Day: O line run blocking on first 2 series. Coleman - The buzz about him not being able to separate was on point today. The 2 passes to him in the redzone/endzone - he looked like a boy vs men. Hope that changes. Elam - Always right there. That is, once the wr HAS MADE THE CATCH. He is #3 for sure and I hope we make a move for a CB.
  20. Curtis Samuel! That quick hit pass for a first down was a beauty! He has speeeeeed! Then the one shorty over the middle. Bullet to him by Allen and it reminded me of the quick hits to Diggs. Shakir looked solid. The run blocking was abismal... hopefully the O line was dogging it.
  21. I remember the Rich Stadium shows in the 80's. Blew my mind in many ways. One of the best Mexicali Blues I've heard live and Ive heard a lot of them. Then came Hamilton, ON for a few nights. Wow, we took over the city... sleeping on golf courses and in vans. The Dead was a way of life for us. It was a family. The music grooved, Booby knarled, Jerry made us weep and smile, Phil was Phil. So cool to be there and I miss it ALL to this very day! To the OP - listen to Mars Hotel. I was never Miracled but we miracled one dude once. Made a friend that night. So cool!
  22. Everyone, and I mean everbody, I know calls him Pearl jam.
  23. I love it! Josh and the new WR's and RB need to get on the same page in a "game" situation. Playing for one quarter means potentially two, maybe three series. This is a good thing! GO BILLS.
