Hopefully we will never find out. because, yes. Yes it will make a difference. This is the NFL. Studs like Cook make things look easy. Ray Davis isn't the man and Ty (I love TY) but he's not that guy either. Defenses could gameplan vs Davis/Ty easier than when we have Cook. Without a doubt.

I hope we are close to seeing a deal get done with Cook. We need him out there this year. Big loss if he is disgruntled/tagged/nothing happens. He has earned it imo.

The dude is washed. He won't ever get back and it's clear as daylight. We need Max to heal up. Tre is soft I agree - BUT, you can scheme all you want. Tre is NOT athletic enough anymore. He can't and keep up and shouldn't be near an NFL field. So scheme away... we need Max back.

Great write up. I was at practice yesterday too. To be honest, I don't know how you got to where you got in your write up. it was a bunch of dudes dancing to the beats, tossing the football around with no pads on, walk through speed, kickoff return practice, bouncy ball on KO return practice etc etc. I mean kudos for the write up but cmon.... it was a walk through event with music. I had fun. They run a VERY good event. But if you saw "sizzling passes" and awesome plays I truly want what you were drinking. It's truly awesome to see our boys up close. But let's be honest... practice is a yawner without pads. Just my 2 cents.

Ditto 100% But watch out... a lot of people on here (ahem, Thurman) try to tell you Cook is not that valuable to us. They think Benford is better and more value LOL. Without Cook, we will struggle to make the playoffs. He is that important. Just wait and see.

Went to camp practice yesterday and just got home today. A few thoughts and points: The Bills run an AWESOME camp experience. From the school bus shuttles to the people who greeted us - it was an amazing, fun morning for my son and I. Pittsford NY is a Beautiful town and general area! Gorgeous houses, big tall trees. We loved the "vibe" of Pittsford and SJF included. Went and checked out the players cars at the dorm. Holy cow .... some sweet hardware in that parking lot! $5 for a gatorade. ugh The team looked sharp and in-tune, as much as they can in shorts. Spencer Brown is one huge dude. A LOT of work with the TE group. Things to come? No James Cook. Saw a dude wearing a full on 3-piece Bills suit. funny. Go Bills. We loved the final practice.

Correct - and Cook matches and exceeds in some areas compared to Kyren. Cook does way more with less because HE IS A FRICKIN STUD RB!!! Pay the dude... if not, Bills are in trouble without a happy cook.

Wow - i just can't believe some fans perception of James Cook on this team. To each their own applies here... but Benford better than Cook at his position? Or, even as a valued member of this team?? Not even close man... Cook is the real deal. he will get paid by beane potentially this week. People comparing him to the deal the Rams gave out yesterday is also funny. Cook had VERY similar stats with half the touches. Unreal. He is simply the second best player on this team behind Josh and it isn't close. Dawkins in there too... but Cook is a stud.

Hmmm - maybe Cook is part of a trade for Terry Mclaurin from the Redskins. That would be VERY interesting. Otherwise, pay the dude. he Cooks. $12M and get him on the field.

These sprains do linger. Everyone is different - but it is very common that the ankle injuries linger. This is Shakirs second sprain on the same ankle. I wonder if Beane is making calls. Or is it Moore time? Kincaid and Knox on field at all times? hmmmmm interesting times for The Bills.

Give Dallas our 1st round pick next year, take one of Milano/Bernard/Dorian, and a second round pick.

I love that Rapp hits like a missile! He flat out stopped Miami in Miami last year with some tremendous bone jarring hits! He is underrated. I know a lot of non Bills fans that speak highly of him. I hate the dweebs that say "he hits his own players"!! It's football. It happens! Because he plays hard at high speed. Poyer did it too in his prime. Hard hitters hit. Rapp hits. We are lucky. Hamlin - he hits like Tre White. Also - Max Hairston hits hard!!! We need him healthy.

I saw max yesterday when it happened. He was "done" imo. Tre White consoled him as the trainer helped him up. Looked like they chatted and prayed together. The original Bills video has been edited now to show more of Max walking off with the trainer. But when it broke on X, Max seemed down and very upset. In my opinion, he has a bad knee injury and we are in trouble at CB.

Yep - the CB's were huddled around Max, some tears and clear frustration from max himself. You know when you know. Towel over his face for a bit then they helped him up. I'm betting that this is either season ending or long-term Either way, this sucks!

Cmon Max - we need you buddy! Having Tre anywhere near the field is gonna be disastrous.
