Dorsey is not putting Josh in a position to succeed.
McDermott is not holding anyone accountable for the continued broken offense.
Beane has ignored the WR2 position for years.
The running backs have not performed at a high level especially in the last month.
Josh has not played well.
I think all of the above is true.
That was one of the easiest drives I've ever seen in football. 10 days to get ready for that.
How lost is Rasul Douglas if he couldn't get enough up to speed to do that
Jackson is going to get burned by that secondary. Douglas might struggle with certain play calls.
It's am easy decision. You traded for Douglas to have a big role. He should have it against one of the best WR rooms in the league in a big game for playoff hopes
This was a huge week for Beane. Again, my plea is to let all of them play and play right away. With 3 early losses and a tough schedule to go, you can't afford to not put your best guys out there. Even if all 3 take 20 or less snaps on Sunday, I think you have to get them out there and let the most talented players (all of whom are good schematic fits) do what can do.
Douglas really would be vital against the passing attack of Cincy. You can't just throw anyone out there against that team and take your chances. He's the guy I most want activated.
Joseph can help with the aggressive running style of Mixon. Clog up lanes and don't let him get a full head of speed and knock over an undersized linebacker for a gain of 7. Get to him early.
Fournette you can probably go without this week but it's not like Murray has been giving much and it's not like there are a bunch of nuances to the Bills running game
Douglas is a good player and a good fit. He upgrades the secondary. He also has a nose for the ball clearly.
I'm not saying he needs to play 90% of the snaps this week but I really hope they get him on the field Sunday night. He can be a factor against that pass offense even on a short week of prep with a new team.
I don't know about you all but I'm going to be so mad if we don't walk out of today without adding a #1 CB, an all-pro DT, a pro bowl LB, a WR to push Davis, and additional draft capital in both 2024 and 2025.
