  1. Don't forget Micah Parsons! What a lot of the others continue to forget/ignore/didn't know is that Josh has a lot at stake in seeing Keon succeed. Josh had significant input in the draft selection of Keon. If you're a wide receiver and your QB is one of the greatest in the game and wants you to succeed...
  2. Your's is one of the few posts I wholeheartedly agree with in this topic. That said, it's kind of hilarious that you espouse these opinions and that your handle is BigDingus. I would have thought you'd be in favor of the throwing of the sex toy.
  3. I'm seeing where some are treating this scenario like any given Sunday or at most, like any other Bills game. But it's not. The OP asked what you would do if the Bills were in the Super Bowl. Treating it like any other game would be highly underwhelming to put it nicely. There is a collective spirit on such occasions that any true fan would feel compelled and duty-bound to be a part of. It goes beyond settling for your comfort zone. If you didn't have the means to attend the Super Bowl, make it to Buffalo, or pilgrim to the host city, you should minimally congregate with other Bills fans in the best way you can. I've had a few unforgettably joyous experiences watching Bills playoff games in sports bars far from home. I've met fellow Bills fans that I still stay in contact with even though we were only in each others' companies for a short while, many years and many miles ago.
  4. Because the glass is half full. Aren't you an Oblivious Olivia... Oh. A Carefree Kerry. We have ourselves a Patient Agent! It sure would, Wishful Trisha... So true, Optimistic Oscar!
  5. I wonder if Shaq is willing, able, and slotted to play special teams. Dude is like a ghost of a player.
  6. The two plays that were uncannily similar... Josh running around forever extending the play and finally heaving a catchable but underthrown ball that most tight ends would catch... but that both Clay and Kincaid dropped. Maybe we should call those two companion pieces, the "Kin-Clay."
  7. Charles Clay with the "pre-Kincaid."
  8. No one's mentioned it in this topic so it bears mention that if the above list is accurate, Taylor Rapp is back practicing. The Bills under McBeane have always been very cautious about injuries during training camp and preseason. My guess is that the majority of the players on the list are being held out as precautionary moves. It is funny and painful seeing all the posters here freaking out AND criticizing the training staff.
  9. Or in the immortal words of Sam Wyche, "You don't live in Cleveland!"
  10. You don't look like a numbers nerd... you actually look kind of like a knucklehead. 😆
  11. I heard this morning that they can't find a helmet to fit Bayer's size 9.5" skull and he's out with migraine headaches. Just looking at the photo you can feel the pain he's in.
  12. Like most, I'm not concerned with Shakir because he and Josh have a proven rapport but it's tough that the WRs that Josh needs most to develop chemistry with (Samuel, Palmer, and Moore) have all missed some practice time. Analogously, Hairston and Bishop are out in the defensive backfield. NFL teams use GPS and RFID technology during practices to track the distance and speeds the players run. I know these are running positions and that the team has to get into football shape and I know these injuries happen every year but I hope to some degree that the Bills modify their practice regimen. I'm probably overly concerned but I'd hate to see any more injuries at WR or DB. Oh man... these injuries are giving me a headache...
  13. Thinking about the opening day roster, I'm gonna double down on my earlier post about the returners position having a trickle down effect. Besides determining who the returners are, the Bills lost 2 Core 4 Special teamers in Mack Hollins and Quintin Morris. I think there are gonna be mildly surprising roster decisions based on who's playing special teams.
  14. What kind of person who for no good reason, refers to a player as a loser? Shavers was an undrafted free agent who's entering his 3rd NFL season. He's made $850,000 in his career. What is your definition of loser?
  15. Before The Chroise, there was The Croise!!! Well done, Sir! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1879201488/ref=x_gr_bb_amazon?ie=UTF8&tag=x_gr_bb_amazon-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=1879201488&SubscriptionId=1MGPYB6YW3HWK55XCGG2
  16. It's VERY hard for someone who hasn't grown up playing American football to make the NFL. https://www.dazn.com/en-US/news/american-football/six-rugby-players-who-switched-to-the-nfl-and-how-they-fared/tcvfdk7qtgdz12eyu70gziah0 I highly doubt that Travis Clayton ever plays a down in the NFL regular season.
  17. Have a Marv-elous Birthday Coach!!! Happy Hundredth!!!
  18. Yeah, just bored and messing around. Sorry!
  19. Fair enough... Dallas would need an edge replacement for Parsons and are thin at CB... How about Joey Bosa and Tre'Davious White?
  20. In my several (too many) decades on earth I've discovered that (similar to who you hang out with) your media sources are either going to make you dumber or smarter. You can choose whether you're going to 1) engage a media source that gives you a thin gruel to lap up to sate your mindless appetite for low-grade nutrition... or you can 2) choose one that is going to generate brain activity through their discussions... burning calories in the process and making you hungry for some real food and real thought.
  21. I think those of us whose entire "sense of humor" revolves around spleen jokes would strenuously object.
  22. The roster almost has to be reverse-engineered with the tail (returners) wagging the dog. @Trust The Process and @NeverOutNick also addressed that. Filling those spots creates a reverse domino effect unless some starters (Coleman, Shakir) are going to be surprise starting return guys.
  23. My wife is the same way and it drives me crazy. Back in May, we had the opportunity to cash out our retirement accounts and place a bet in the Kentucky Derby. I just knew that Sovereignty was gonna win. Call it a strong conviction. We would have won and the bet would have paid 7:1. Things are kind of back to normal now but I was pretty sore for a few months. She just doesn't get it.
