  1. You must not have been a Twitter user before Musk bought it if you think this is bad. This was like a weekly occurrence back then.
  2. The amount of money they have tied up in the next couple years just between Watson and Garrett is insane.
  3. Never saw Hendrickson as an option for us. Don't think Cincy would even consider trading him to Buffalo unless we massively overpaid in draft capital. If the rumor is true and DK wants to play in warm weather, we're out of that one too.
  4. Hey!!!! Maybe we should sign HIM meaning...Miles Garrett!
  5. I still chuckle when I think of the fans who thought we should re-sign Edmunds. He just doesn't have good instincts and it was obvious to some of us that if he didn't have them by the time his contract was up here, he wasn't ever going to have them. Give me a Matt Milano any day over the physical freak Edmunds is. He has the physical gifts to be an all pro every year, but he just doesn't have the football IQ to know what's going on around him. He's not even the best LB on the Bears.
  6. I like Cook a lot but to ask for top of the league RB pay for a guy that just squeaked over the 1K mark in the last game of the season is crazy. 16th in the NFL in rushing and averaging 63 yards a game does not warrant being paid like you're in the top 3.
  7. Josh and fam sitting in the front row. Think the writing is on the wall.
  8. There's been no leak. People are just assuming because Josh is there and it appears Lamar is not attending, he's the winner.
  9. It hasn't been announced yet.
  10. Having an Andy Reid and a Patrick Mahomes on the other side of the ball has a lot to do with that.
  11. I've never seen Josh throw anyone under the bus except for himself. Josh said Josh needs to be better for his guys.
  12. They are overperforming because we have Josh Allen and have managed to find value in the later rounds, but that's hard to sustain year after year. Later round picks are later round picks for a reason and are harder to hit on. If you keep whiffing on your top draft picks, it's eventually going to catch up to you.
  13. If he keeps whiffing on our top draft picks, they're more than likely never going to be able to close the gap though.
  14. Beane, you've got to be better at hitting on our top draft picks. You just can't be whiffing on picks years after year, especially top draft talent, and expect to remain in title contention. It's going to catch up to you eventually and the only reasons it hasn't with this organization is Josh Allen and the fact we've been pretty successful in developing later round picks. And...STOP trading with the Chiefs!!!!
  15. I believe there's plenty of people here at TBD who would do what you suggested in a heartbeat. Hard to tell what's tongue-in-cheek vs what's serious these days.
  16. Spags D is very personnel dependent. KC has more talent on defense than the Bills do to be able to make it work. Last 3 playoff games against the Chiefs the combines score is 95-89. The Chiefs are 6 points better against what most would consider a clearly inferior defense in terms of both personnel and coaching. Is Spags really that great?
  17. While I would agree for the pass rush, but we still need to get better up front for stopping the run, especially when you have a team of smaller LBs and play a base nickel. I'm sick of seeing this defense get gashed for 10 yds a play at times on the ground throughout the season.
  18. Yep, that's why they need to forget about bringing Von back and invest those savings into bringing in someone who will do exactly that. I honestly think Solomon could've given us 6 sacks this season if he got the playing time in passing situations.
  19. Groot started the season promising, but seemed to fade as it went on. Epenesa will make a play once every couple games. This organization has the hardest time with assembling even an average front 4.
  20. Agree with all of that. I think the interior of our D-line played well during this playoff run. I don't think we get past Baltimore even with the turnovers if they were playing like they were earlier in the year. I think our ends screwed the pooch against KC, particularly Groot.
  21. I've said as much. Still a ball that should've been caught.
  22. Pass. I wasn't all that impressed with him this year. Our pass rush was still near non-existent much of the season.
  23. It was almost like a Chief's spy got inside our playbook, threw out all the actual good plays and left the garbage that shouldn't be in there to begin with. Fade to Coleman with McDuffie there probably begging the Bills to try and throw it to the rookie? Are you kidding me?
  24. Was the throw ideal? Of course not. The fact Josh got the ball off at all is a miracle in itself, but that's a catch an NFL receiver should be able to make. Especially from a guy who was touted as having the best hands in the entire draft. I think he misjudged and made a bad adjustment to the ball. This season, I've soured on Kincaid and it didn't start with that miss. He just hasn't gotten open well this season and when he has, he's not a dependable target. I'm hoping he can have a good rebound season next year because if he doesn't, we traded up in the 1st round for a TE2 at best since he's not a great blocker either. Just my opinion on him at this snapshot in time.
  25. I'll never understand the logic that says a protection miscue is somehow worse than a receiver dropping a ball that hits him in the hands. Makes no sense. The protection problem isn't what cause the turnover on downs. The ball hitting the ground because the receiver didn't catch it did.
