  1. 🤫Don't say it too loud. I don't want any gm's to hear. Hoping he makes it to round 3.
  2. Oweh is in the mix because of his athleticism alone, but his lack of production is troubling. I like Ojulari a lot, and I would be thrilled if he fell to 30 because of his small stature. He reminds me of a poor man's Von Miller. Carlos Basham has great movement skills for a guy his size. He ran a 4.59 at (6'3") 275 pounds. Ossai reminds me too much of Aaron Maybin and doesn't wow me on tape. Payton Turner is the sleeper of this draft class and I'm hoping he's available in the 2nd or 3rd round. Big guy with a huge wingspan and crazy agility for his size. I thnk he could develop into a Cameron Jordan calibur player.
  3. I've heard that teams don't have access to the same medical information on prospects as in previous years, and that's even more so for guys who opted out. This seems like more of an attempt to get him from fall out of the first round. That being said, guys coming off major injuries usually take a couple seasons to get right and then the value of the pick is essentially cut in half.
  4. Cornerback and pass-rusher are the only positions I'm willing to trade up for. They're expensive in free agency and worth the investment. If a 3rd round pick can move us up into the early 20s and we can get us Newsome or Farley (though he may fall to us due to injuries) I'm all for it.
  5. Greg Newsome if he's there. Long zone coverage corner who can start opposite Tre on day 1
  6. I really like him but I'm thinking he won't make it to 30. He had 4 sacks and 4 ints in 8 games last season and would be a versatile piece for McDermott to move around on defense. We put 3 linebackers on the field quite a bit once Milano came back and he would be a huge upgrade over Klein at lb and could rush the passer 3rd down.
  7. Eagles trade up for Kyle Pitts, then trade Ertz to the Bills for a 3rd round pick
  8. Even though it gave up a lot of points, I gotta admit that Mike Pettine's defense was fun to watch. Gave up a lot of big plays downfield, but we had 3 defensive lineman with 10+ sacks and a lot of turnovers.
  9. You never know. Players you didn't expect to be first round picks (Damon Arnette last year) are taken because teams draft for need and not BPA. I never expected AJ Epenesa to available in round 2, but sometimes a guy falls to your pick and you get lucky.
  10. He's played some left tackle in college looked pretty good. The whole "his arms are 3/8 of an inch too short to handle pass rushers" analysis I've seen reminds me of when the Bills front office put out the opinion that Cordy Glenn could only play guard only to draft him and start him at LT.
  11. Tevin Jenkins is one guy who is consistently underrated in mock drafts. Teams are desperate for young cheap tackles, and he will likely go in the top 20.
  12. Teams just kept offering to trade up a few spots for late round picks, so I just accumulated a crazy number by the end of it. Honesty, I'm not familiar with a lot of the later guys, mainly just took BPA at positions of need.
  13. Somehow managed to trade down and still get Jaelan Phillips (probably fell because of injury concerns). Considering I lucked into 2 top DE prospects, I think Hughes or Addison would get cut after this draft. Would have preferred to get a corner a bit higher, but I think Dane Jackson looked good enough to wait until the later rounds. I got a ton of late picks who can duke it out for roster spots, considering this year we'll have OTA's and an actual preseason.
  14. I would definitely take him in the 2nd if he's there. Beasley is 32 and Sanders is on a one year deal and is 34. We have to assume that one of our starters gets injured at some point. It seems like we're stacked at the position right now, but the Bills lined up with 3 or more receivers 86% of the time (most in the league) so depth is mandatory for our offense to function. If we don't draft a receiver it just means they have a lot of faith in Mckenzie to step up.
  15. 0 sacks as a pass rusher should automatically disqualify him from being a 1st round pick. This is a pretty weak draft class for pass rushers but I would rather have Jaelin Phillips or Boogie Basham. Payton Turner would be great as a 3rd round pick. Ossai gives me Aaron Maybin vibes.
