Does Wilson not know where the first down marker is? Dive forward my guy.
-
Wilson got a right hook to the jaw and then fumbled to add insult to injury.

Are the Ravens even leading their division after tonight? Depends on the tie breaker…

Keon Coleman 5th In Rookie Receiving Yards
DapperCam replied to iwishitwerecolder's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills should be giving him more slants and quick screens. Other than the one that bounced off his head those have been automatically 8+ yards. Compare that to Samuel or Diggs last year that turned those same plays into negative yards. -
Diggs had some great moments for the Bills. Sad to see him go out like this. Gotta think a torn ACL would be just about a career.

Week 8 - Bills @ Seahawks - post game thread

All of these blowouts are really hurting his counting stats. -
Even if he is able to scramble he won’t be able to set up for the throw like he did. He was able to stand still, wait 1.5 seconds and step into his throw with zero pressure.

I hope coaches are learning that you need to pressure the QB on a Hail Mary even if it means less DBs back. Especially on insanely long ones. If you pressure the QB the WRs won’t even have time to get down to the endzone.

10/27/24 Game 8 GAMEDAY Bills at Seahawks
DapperCam replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t expect Allen to get his first pick today. It’s going to be rainy, and the Seahawks STINK against the run. I think Allen’s attempts will be relatively low and we will be seeing a lot of Cook and Davis. -

When I saw Brady was going to become a broadcaster, I guess it didn’t quite click for me that he’d be calling Bills games. Makes me sick. -
I remember him being decent in run support when he was at his peak. Maybe we can sign him this offseason with the thought of trying him at Safety. I wouldn’t do it in-season.

LA was on the end of favorable calls all night. -

They weren’t gonna drive the entire field anyway, but Vikings got boned there. -

Wasn’t Quessenberry the tackle that got Allen’s UCL torn? -

If that is a catch, then Kincaid’s should have been a catch last week for sure. And maybe Coleman’s TD catch as well. -

It’s very hard to play CB in the NFL. -

I'm pretty sure any sized LB can get their ankle stepped on in the pile. -
So why was Amari Cooper traded twice in his prime?
DapperCam replied to PoundingDog's topic in The Stadium Wall
In Cleveland I've also read rumors that Cooper was miffed that Cleveland wouldn't give him an extension this past offseason. So more contract related stuff. -
I put him in a similar category as Ed Oliver but with a more consistent floor. Above average player that can be a game wrecker if he gets the right matchups. Otherwise a decent run stopper and edge setter. I rarely see him 3 yards past the QB totally out of the play like Von. Oliver seems to totally disappear at times and is injured a lot. I’m not sure what a “middle class” salary would be for a DE, but that’s what I would give him. He isn’t a star, and I wouldn’t give him star money.

I would take 2024 fully healthy Rice over 2024 banged up Hopkins for sure. He’s a much more dynamic player. He can beat man coverage and take it to the house. Hopkins just isn’t that guy anymore. Hopkins isn’t going to be a game changer in the same way, but he’s going to be a reliable target for Mahomes, move the chains and have the veteran savvy to get open during the scramble drill.
-
What? They signed Juju who isn’t 100% healthy ever because his knees are totally shot (that’s why he got cut by the Pats). They made the deal because Hopkins was the best WR they could get for reasonable trade compensation while staying under the cap. It doesn’t mean he’s 100% healthy or prime Hopkins. Just that he will improve them. He won’t be as good as Rice, but they had to do something, and he should help them.

The MVP Race is 3 Players & Why they Can Win
DapperCam replied to Wizard's topic in The Stadium Wall
3/7 games he’s barely thrown the ball for a full half of the game. That isn’t counting the Titans game where he only had 11 pass attempts in the first half which is low. I doubt that will continue, and his volume stats will improve. But at the same time he’ll probably accumulate some turnovers along the way.
