I’m reading online that the defense is also supposed to be allowed to sub if the offense chooses to sub, which wasn’t allowed. Clock definitely should have just run out.

Watching the replay almost nobody on the KC line was set on that snap. The guy on the right end of the line was literally still shuffling his feet around to get into position, lol. I guess they just make up the rules as they go. Or maybe the rule of cool.

I guess a consolation is that the Chiefs won’t win if they don’t score a TD and they sure are struggling to move the ball. Mahomes should have had a pick 6 on that last drive (I’ve been told by other fanbases that the PFF “should have been a turnover” stat is very important).
