    If we rushed four the Rodgers would have had to throw it way before Lazard had time to run +50 yards down the field.

    Rules are fairly loose in the Hail Mary jump pile. Technically defenders jump over the back and through WRs to get to the ball which is also OPI. Guys were just positioned terribly. Why are they all so deep? Coaching problems here.

    There was a LBer like 10-15 yards back just standing around. He's the one who eventually rushed and forced Rodgers to make the throw. What is the purpose of having a guy in that spot in no man's land? I think it was Williams. I'm wondering if he was supposed to rush a lot sooner than he did.

    Allen went between the offensive lineman and the defensive lineman in the brief moment they disengaged their block. Can't say I've seen that before on a scramble.

    DPI was a good play by the defender. That was going to be 6.

    Allen definitely does not trust Hollins at all. Every pass is high and outside away from the defender. I think if he trusted him more he might give him a more contested ball.

    He also may have botched the squib in the 13 second game. McDermott implied it should have been squibbed. We'll never really know who was at fault.

    He's cooked. The only reason Bishop isn't out there is because of the bad blown coverage last week. Hamlin is a veteran and won't blow an assignment like that even if he sucks.

    I know Rapp wanted to kill that guy, but he held up. Surprised by his discipline to not add 15 yards.

    I think there are a lot of WRs in this league that make that catch. It was definitely hard though. Really it's a pass for a boundary receiver, not a slot WR like Samuel.

    This is the same complaint we've have the past 2.5 years. If Allen isn't playing backyard football and being superman the offense can't move.

    He's supposed to keep running towards the first down, it's the entire point of the route. Instead he got lost or something and flattened out.
