Has Josh Allen put himself back in the race for MVP this year??
DapperCam replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
For the record, Allen has 37 TDs and Stafford has 35 TDs. Allen has 12 total turnovers and Stafford has 5 total turnovers. We’re going to need Allen to pull out ahead a little bit in TDs (totally possible), and have Stafford put up like 3 more turnovers (maybe less likely, but he does have picks in the last 2 games). -

The Seahawks coming back to win was huge for Allen MVP chances, because the narrative for Stafford is so strong for Allen to jump him the Rams will need to be a wild card and the Bills will need to win their division (and likely #2 seed). For Allen to win MVP, the following need to happen: 1. Play well statistically the last few games. He can have maybe one more turnover. 2. Bills win out. 3. Pats lose to the Dolphins. 4. Rams lose to the Seahawks this Thursday night. If the Rams beat the Seahawks this Thursday, it is over. Stafford will win MVP, because the Rams will win their division. -
Another reason this stinks, is that there is only a few weeks back, and you’re thinking you can finally enjoy an offseason (I don’t think Mahomes has ever had a full offseason?). Then this happens and you will have to rehab, and probably won’t be able to do the golfing, etc. you had planned.

He wasn’t even really hurt by the hit. He planted his leg with his leg locked and it hyperextended. Kind of makes you wonder if this really is the end of the dynasty.

Maye didn't make a single great play the last 3 or 4 drives when things were tight. Dude is a front runner and not a worthy MVP.
