The Steelers are living and dying on a positive turnover differential and redzone offense/defense. They are ranked #4 in turnover differential, tied for #3 in redzone offense , and #11 in redzone defense. If the Bills can force the Steelers to kick FG half the time in the redzone we probably win.

I think in a couple weeks those losses aren’t going to look quite as bad. Dolphins will probably have won 4 out of their last 5. Houston is 6-2 in their last 8 and will probably at least split their next 2. Neither team was as bad as their record indicates.

Probably will be Fox and Lawson to PS

That's wild. The Bills were facing the #1 defense in the league on a short week on the road and scored more than 5 other teams, and other teams had just as disappointing losses (Eagles, Bucs blown out). Bills fans are prisoners of the moment.

Steelers have the 27th ranked defense in yards allowed and the 20th ranked scoring defense. This isn’t the Texans we are facing, we should be able to move the ball on them.

Since they've moved to the expanded playoffs a 10 win AFC team has only missed once (Dolphins 10-6 in 2020). A lot of years a 9-8 team makes it. It always looks tough, but the teams in contention end up playing each other in the back half of the schedule (and somebody has to lose in those matchups). We have tie breakers over BAL and KC. A win over PIT would basically seal 10-7 getting in (we would have a tie breaker over all the bubble teams other than HOU and JAX then and there won't be seven 11 win AFC teams).

The doomers are strong in this thread. The Bills just have to go 3-3 to make the playoffs. There is a small chance that if one of the losses is Pittsburgh then they miss due to tie breakers, but I don’t think it’s likely. If we can’t go 3-3 the rest of the way we don’t deserve to get in anyway.
