Our secondary is terrible. A CB or S would be a fine pick. In that sense the draft has gone well (until there is a run on secondary).

A huge benefit of a first round QB is you get the 5th year option. If you think a QB is a project but can be your starter in a couple years I think it still makes sense.

I would trade up for a CB, I would not trade up for a DT.

Maybe I'm dumb, but I'm pretty sure you could just sign some vet TE like Gesicki and get the exact same production Warren will give you and not have to spend a first round pick in the process.

Lee Smith was a tremendous blocker and he was huge too.

Maybe a guy like Bowers last year. This guy isn't close to as good of a prospect and he went 3 picks higher.

Does this draft seems pretty weak compared to past years. Feels like usually there is a group of 5-10 players that feel like slam dunk good starters, if not stars. This draft doesn't feel like that at all.

Dareus was a freak of nature. He could have had a bust in Canton if he had the work ethic to pair with his natural talent. This Graham guy doesn't seem like that at all.

I think Jeanty will be as good as prime Nick Chubb. I guess the question is that worth such a high pick.

We gave up our 1st and 4th in the following draft to move up. So this Hunter deal is one high pick richer.

Let's say Hunter ends up as a top 10 WR in the league, and mixes in occasionally in some coverage packages. Is that really worth a 2nd round pick (basically a late first), a 4th round pick and an additional 1st round pick? He basically has to be All-Pro level on a rookie contract to justify that draft capital. Just doesn't seem realistic.
