  1. The other team can call a fair catch if you do that. They used to slam the ball into the ground and have it pop straight up. Not sure why that fell out of favor.
  2. Pretty sure he meant to lateral it but...didn't quite do a good enough job making it go backwards.
  3. You don't usually see a perfect spiral on a lateral.
  4. Will give the Broncos something to play for vs the Chiefs late in the year. I think the trade off is worth it.
  5. I'm glad they didn't call it. The underthrow deep ball DPI is the most annoying penalty in football (other than the offensive line standing up after a defender jumps into the neutral zone).
  6. Ngl, refs seem to be heavily favoring the Chargers. That was DPI for sure. Great route but Nix way underthrew it.
  7. That was a great catch! Did anybody else notice that Herbert has no underarm hair?
  8. Was he definitely out of the pocket there? No such thing as a horse collar penalty in the pocket.
  9. He doesn’t have a chance unless he starts getting some All Pros. Pro Bowls aren’t going to cut it for the Hall.
  10. Kincaid not having a bigger role is the biggest surprise this year on offense for me. I thought we'd be giving him 5-10 yard completions with a chance for YAC all season. I think after the first few games teams wised up and started shutting down the short stuff. Also the injuries didn't help.
  11. Ha, probably harder for a punter to screw up a chest pass than a traditional one handed throw. Kind of like granny style free throws.
  12. Ha, it will still be seen as a bad move (unless he balls out in the playoffs), but nobody will care. The Chiefs drafting Edwards-Helaire with a first round pick was a bad move, but I doubt they are losing sleep over it.
  13. And then a ref popped out of the bushes and called him for holding inexplicably.
  14. daiyaana, she posted pictures in her reels.
  15. Thanks, that actually got a belly laugh out of me. He's playing at a below replacement level. Plug in a league average starter at DE and it would be an improvement.
  16. I’m living in the reality where Von Miller has 9 tackles and 4 sacks for the entire season (and 3 of those sacks were in the first 3 games where the Bills blew out their opponents and Miller could just pin his ears back and rush in obvious passing downs). I don’t know about his “grades” relative to other pass rushers, but I’m not really seeing it. What I do see is him way overshooting the QB and doing a loop around on his pass rushes. Maybe the graders are counting those as pressures? In an entire season he’s made approximately zero plays that have impacted the outcome of the game. But I guess you live in a different reality.
  17. Ask your friend if he thinks lost fumbles count as turnovers. If so, he has more turnovers than Allen.
  18. A small airplane just crashed in Dion Dawkins backyard. Is that a bad omen?
  19. KC fans, of course, are the epitome of class. Nobody is hoping for a dirty play, but if you put an already injured player behind a bad o-line against a top pass rushing team bad things could happen.
  20. You aren’t wrong at all. Lamar Jackson has three throws. - Short dump off near the line of scrimmage. - Wide open dude, usually on a crosser. I’m guessing this is their man-coverage beater and Lamar knows when it will be there because it’s very consistent. - Throw it up for grabs when the DB has his back turned. That one is usually incomplete, but Likely and Andrews especially are good at grabbing the ball. All three of these throws are very low risk for an interception, which is why his totals are always so low. The number of “college wide open” throws he has are kind of baffling to me, so props to his OC for that.
  21. I'm not sure why Von Miller gets reps over this guy. I'd rather the young guy get reps and he's probably better at this point anyway.
  22. Mahomes and playing possum. Name a more iconic duo.
  23. They are definitely trolling the Pats here
  24. That dude broke his leg and got carted off the play before and everybody was standing around for 15 minutes. It was bad vibes. Kickers operate like 30% on vibes.
  25. The Rams game was bad, but this Lions game was just kind of weird. Bills were up 2-3 scores the entire game pretty much, so it was 3 quarters of pseudo-garbage time. Most of the Lions points came in the 4th quarter where the Bills defense let them trade yards for time. If anything it was a coaching issue where they got a little bit too soft too soon.
