The Dolphins reminded me of so many drought era Bills teams in yesterday's game. I felt bad for them (if only for a moment) because I've watched so many BUF-NE games that were exactly like this.

I think Colts will definitely be in contention for a WC down the stretch. AFC is loaded but Reich knows how to coach, Wentz looks like he's figuring ***** out, their running game is good/great, their defense is above average and they know how to win ugly. It's just like last year where you spend half the year wondering if the Colts are good or dog**** and then boom, they're in the playoffs. I'm thinking that game against them on 11/21 is going to be a lot more difficult than a lot of people think its going to be.

It blows my mind what they can do with robotic instruments and surgeries now, and how small the incision areas are now for access since they have cameras etc. These kind of midseason surgeries on complex parts of the anatomy like joints, hands, fingers etc would be completely unheard of 15 years ago, or would have required major incisions and a lot more recovery time.

I see AZ and TB as two teams I would prefer not to play in the Superb Owl. TB because I have Brady PTSD and AZ because I swear that team has a horseshoe stuck in its ass with how lucky they keep getting every game. Other teams (GB/LAR/DAL) I see as possible contenders, but have some flaws that would make them less anxiety inducing.

And replaced them with who exactly? I understand that those players are maybe not performing to expectations or not playing as well as other players but why would you intentionally create holes in your roster without a viable strategy to plug that hole? If you go into the draft with obvious holes in your roster that messes with the draft strategy and you end up reaching for players because of need instead of taking BPA (see: Ford, Cody & Jones, Zay) Also it would have been a stretch to say that Daryl Williams wasn't worth re-signing. It was a major concern in the offseason that we'd lose him to FA and he played very well on his 1 year deal last year, the hope was that we WOULD find a way to keep him.
