Deadspin: Assault Pictures of Greg Hardy's Ex-Girlfriend
FLFan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Whatever man. I am not sure how you get that analogy out of this situation but justify on. -
Rejoice! For Kiko Has Returned and the Legend Lives!
FLFan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kiko had the best 4 game opening stretch of any rookie linebacker in Bills history. After that, not so much. A year from now, they would hve been lucky to get a 7th round pick for him. The legend lives on but reality does not quite live up to the legend. Kiko would not be starting for this team. -
Deadspin: Assault Pictures of Greg Hardy's Ex-Girlfriend

There is no excuse for a man beating up on a woman. None. To suggest those injuries were sustained in self defense by a 260 pound man is rediculous. -
Deadspin: Assault Pictures of Greg Hardy's Ex-Girlfriend

Of course they have no comment. They have seen them before and don't care. Seriously man, if this is your outlook on the situation I feel sorry for any woman in your life. Shameful. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Hardy is a lowlife POS. -
If Cassel plays decently, is that it for Whaley?
FLFan replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am not sure how you come to that conclusion. Did you watch the Cowboys game? That loss is on Cassel, just as much as the Bills loss was on Manuel. Are we really comparing relative suckitude? Come on. This should not even be a debate. Of course the local sports writers want to keep it alive but it does mean you have to buy in to their personal opinions as if they were somehow fact. -
Bills sign OL Jordan Mills off of Lions PS
FLFan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Another wasted season for Goodwin. He is just not a football player it seems. -
This is painful news for all of us in this community. Certainly thoughts and prayers for Bill.. I have never met him, but absolutely know from his participation here that he is a gentleman I would like to know. God speed, Bill.

Blake Bortles: Dramatically Improved from 2014
FLFan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Turnovers are down, but completion % is under 58% and YPA under 7. He is hardly ready for Canton, but does look improved, although that's not saying much since he was flat out horrible last year. Enough improvement to give the Jags fan hope, wherever he is. -
Indianapolis Bakery Wants You to Eat Brady's Cookies
FLFan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is not surprising that the Pats** get bet up, but it is curious that the line is not moving to compensate. Perhaps the feeling is that because the Colts are home they can keep it close. I just do not see it. Luck coming back from injury and the Colts D just does not match up. The only way this stays within 10 is if Belicheat lays off the gas after a acquiring a big lead and Luck scores some meaningless points in the end. This is why I do not bet on football anymore. -
Week 6 predictions: Bengals at Bills
FLFan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No TT? No McCoy (maybe)? No Aaron Williams? The most expensive WR decoy in history? It does not matter. The Bengals are coming into the Ralph against a much better defense than they have faced yet. I expect Dalton to be under heavy pressure and will have a very difficult time getting the ball down the field. At least 2 INTS, 4 sacks. The Bills will stuff their running game. The Bungles come back to Earth. Bills 20-16. -

The Colts do not match up well at all with the Pats**. They are very overrated in general, but not even close to the weight class of their opponent. Blowout city. -
new Brady flap--he's a partner of and shill for a quack
FLFan replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Apparently lost in all the chest thumping, preening, arrogant self delusion that has been displayed by a couple of clueless posters, is the original point of the thread. Back to that subject (not that it matters at this point), it is not at all surprising to me that Brady would tie himself to a huckster and charlatan like this. He has never struck me as very bright when it comes to anything not related to football, sort of like a Ken doll with a live arm. He probably believes everything he is being sold, and does not even realize he is being used. -
Watkins: "I need 10 targets... You're making me look bad."
FLFan replied to johnwalter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Can't you just see the next Sully article, about Rex losing control of his team? Or maybe piling on Whaley for picking a kid with such obvious attitude problems? If I had to bet, it would Rex losing control but one or the other is highly likely. -
Bucky: Trading Cassel doesn’t look good right now
FLFan replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bucky should stick to expressing meaningless and ill informed opinions of the Sabres, rather than diluting his brand as a whining incompetent by spreading his lack of understanding across two sports. -
Week 6: Bengals' Game Preparation - Inactives Announced
FLFan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Get out of here with those facts. The Bills pass rush sucks this year. Ryan clearly does not know what he is doing. On a serious note, the Bengals ranking here is of serious concern given how our tackles have struggled at times this year with pressure from the edge. -
Thanks for the insight, Yolo. They are off to a hot start, and since most of us have not seen much of them, the inevitable hype of the national media is what we see and hear. There are no doubt some chinks in the armor and it will be up to the Bills' coaches to figure that out. Chief among these would have to be that Dalton did not turn into Rogers or Brady overnight. He is what he is and at some point he will come back to level. I think the Bills defense will do its part, but the offense is going to have to be much better to win. It should be a good and close game.
-
The Bengals are certainly playing good football right now, but I would hardly call this game a lock. Collingsworth is obviously very excited that his former team is playing so well so far this season, so I give him that, but the Bills are not pushovers and are perfectly capable of beating the Bengals if they play a complete game.

I saw the Browns play. It looked to me like he took a couple of steps and deliberately labeled him with the ball long gone. That was the right call. The call on Graham was much closer. I thought the Graham hit was legal as he had no chance to let up. The ball had barely passed the receiver when Graham hit him.
-
People seem to be a bit down on the defense today but I thought they played a heroic game. With the offense putting them back on the field after 3 and out time and again, they gave up only 3 points in the first half, keeping the team in it. They were great at the end of the game once the Bills took the lead. Game ball to the defense.
-
Ah, yes, the "homer" card has been played.
-
That's the same "division leader" the Bills blew out on opening day, right? Sorry, not buying your logic. The Bills are a better team and should win this game handily, even down two of their best playmakers. Of course as we all know, "should" and "will" are very different things, and the Bills team that destroyed Indy and Miami, not the one who struggled against the Giants, needs to show up. I think they will. Bills 37 - 13

And this surprises you? If this board were a person, it would be strongly medicated for bipolar disorder.

Encouragement and concerns going into Tennessee

Where have you been all week? Based on the reports of posters here this week, I started building a boat. -
A day later, Rex changes tune on approach to penalties
FLFan replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That was very weak - almost non-existent you might say. The cut block call on Richie was quite literally non-existent. He clearly engaged him above the waist.
