  1. I'd be disingenuous if i said i didn't say the same thing, but that was 100% based on what the media was showing me. I'm amazed that one guy, hadad, is still claiming he was an innocent victim.
  2. If I remember correctly, Jeremy O'Neal is one of those rare professional athletes that did it right financially from the onset. Impressive for a kid who went straight from high school to the pros. I like how Jim Gray stood up for the players.
  3. when i went to my 30th, we were at a pregame happy hour and i was sitting there and a woman came up to me and introduced herself, she must have seen the terror in my eyes to which she stopped and said "i've changed" we laughed so hard, just showed me how time levels the playing field so much
  4. Just went to my 40th. Liverpool HS. It was fun, did a combined 80/81 happy hour Friday night, then the 81 picnic Saturday. We had close to 120 show up, we had 980 in our class. It was good seeing and re-meeting alot of folks
  5. like throwing a hot dog down a hall way, at least for me 🙂
  6. I had my annual physical and bloodwork earlier this year. Did the bloodwork about 3 days after getting my 1st covid implant chip. My a1c went from a 5.5 in 2019 to 7.7 in 2020. Told my doctor I was concerned that the chip implant might/could have caused my number to jump so quickly. He pretty much told me that wasn't the case as it's a 3 month rolling average number. But he agreed to get me another test in 3 months. So I take the test down a full point with no change in anything. He suggested another one an additional 3 months later. That 3rd one is 9/1. This one will be done with significantly more physical activity having been started. We'll see.
  7. as an added bonus, Wilco is touring with Sleater-Kenney, so it should be a hell of a show. I am going to see them here locally next month.
  8. Very true, but I do enjoy it when the "Baby Dead" encourage Bobby into picking up the pace a bit
  9. I'm losing a lot of respect for you.....Andy Gibb was my first concert and took the first (of many) love of my life 😁
  10. I was wondering how we got from Mayer to Loggins/Nicks, then remembered Exiled was participating in the thread 😂
  11. Have you listened to the Highwomen with Maren, Brandi Carlisle, Amanda Shires and Natalie Hemby??? That's some pretty solid *****!!!

  15. Being in the Philly area i love this post for a couple reasons, first off Dr Dog is a local Philly band, sadly they are calling it quits but they are doing 5(?) shows are a couple venues as their farewell tour around the new year. Second, WXPN radio, listener supported radio, like you said, they don't have a play list they need to follow, they play what they want and like you, i have discovered so much amazing music through them.
  16. some brain and face melt for your listening pleasure.
  17. such an amazing band, AXS tv has a really good documentary on them. I had a great couple of nights with them back in the 80's when they showed up at a Gregg Allman show at a bar i worked at in the syracuse area, pretty much a 60 hour rock and roll adventure that i got to be a part of
  18. that was cool to watch, i was watching at the end when they were celebrating to see if young Oliver drank any champagne.....
