  1. not usually a network show fan but Ghosts on CBS/Paramount+ is a VERY funny show. also just started on "Barry" on HBOMax. Very interesting. Love Bill Hader so i am gonna stick with this one for a while
  2. i appreciate the effort @Shaw66, @Bill in NYC and @Virgil among others have done recapping the games the past few years. They were always my first reads after the games to get good analysis and observations. I can't imagine the time and effort that went into those weekly nuggets. Thanks for what you all did and continue to do for the rest of us
  3. Billy Bob Thornton in Slingblade is the first to come to mind for me
  4. Warriors all the way for me, but I love Jimmy Buckets so I'll definitely root for them over Boston. I also have grown a lot of respect for spoelstra as a coach. But golden state for me now that the Sixers flamed out.... again
  5. I thought he just paused ticket sales in some strange gesture to honor the victims of yesterday's tragic events
  6. Interesting that buffalo braves in a very convoluted way became the boston celtics and the celtics became the san diego clippers.
  7. Sometimes it's just not worth the effort, actually don't even know if it's possible when replying on my phone
  8. I loved Malcolm in the middle and I think this is the first time I saw the last name of the family 😲
  9. and another thing, probably would have followed Melo, but just so happened my oldest was 12 or 13 when Melo arrived on campus and he was probably among his biggest fans, so that's probably why i went into adulthood with 'idolizing' an athlete
  10. I always followed the Buffalo Braves as a youngin, but other than being a big fan of several players, i didn't really latch on to individual players as much as i did Football and Baseball. Being a syracuse guy, Carmelo was the first one i TRULY followed start to finish. Maybe Pearl, DC and Sherman Douglas, but Carmelo was on a different level even before leading them to the NCAA championship
  11. OJ Simpson, Fran Tarkenton, Greg Nettles, Carmelo Anthony to name a few
  12. just another in a long list of Spinal Tap drummers LIST OF SPINAL TAP DRUMMERS (ALL DECEASED) John “Stumpy” Pepys (1964–1966) Died in a bizarre gardening accident, that the authorities said was “best left unsolved.” Eric “Stumpy Joe” Childs (1966–1967) Choked on vomit of unknown origin, perhaps but not necessarily his own, because “you can’t really dust for vomit.” Peter “James” Bond (1967–1977) Spontaneously combusted on stage during a jazz festival on the Isle of Lucy. Mick Shrimpton (1977–1982) Exploded onstage. Joe “Mama” Besser (1982) Claimed he “couldn’t take this 4/4 *****”; according to an MTV interview with Spinal Tap in November 1991, he disappeared along with the equipment during their Japanese tour. He is either dead or playing jazz. Richard “Ric” Shrimpton (1982–1999) Allegedly sold his dialysis machine for drugs; presumed dead. Sammy “Stumpy” Bateman (1999-2001) Died trying to jump over a tank full of sharks while on a tricycle in a freak show. Scott “Skippy” Scuffleton (2001–2007) Fate unknown. Chris “Poppa” Cadeau (2007–2008) Eaten by his pet python Cleopatra.

  16. Not a fan of the band. I've tried but just can't warm up to them
  17. That cop hopefully headed right for a beer, he deserved it for the restraint he showed. I'm as opposed to the mask mandates as a lot of people, but I complied when it was required
  18. the 3(not 4) healthy members just played in a small venue down the road from me friday night. they were very good
  19. That was your dick??? 😂
  20. New Jersey announced last week that they are opening recreational sales this week, you'd think they would have gone for today, 4/20, but they opted to start sales tomorrow 4/21.....🤦‍♂️
  21. Where do you watch your tiktok videos????
  22. In a few years they'll be even more distracting as knee coverings. Peaking before 30. What a wonderful world🎶🎵🎼
  23. Holy crap, that's a festival!!! Trying to sneak in a lesh show during my Dead and Company roadie
  24. No, not your typical gervais offering
  25. If it hasn't already been mentioned, Ricky Gervais' "Afterlife" is an incredibly beautiful and emotional 3 season series. Probably one of the overall best shows I've ever seen. Such an emotional rollercoaster of a series and extremely well done. Plenty of laughs and probably even more tears. The only downside is it's only 3 seasons
