I saw the "delerium" tour, not with Geddy, but it was really good. Wasn't expecting much from Lennon, but i was pleasantly surprised

I have my thoughts on the steroid era and while I love the baseball purist POV, the main people to blame for the hype of the juice era are the fans. We loved the long ball and clamored for it and knew exactly what was going on. It was only afterwards that we started villifying the players. Sure bonds may have been a crusty prick, but Sosa and McGwire were pretty much fan favorites before it all. Oh well, I suppose that's pretty much what being a fan is.

Just checked the Google to clear up the Jeff confusion. Makes more sense now after seeing the episode he was introduced in. Seemed like awkward placement of the episode but I now get the story arc

I'm a big fan of Dead and Company, but I completely get it. I personally thought this tour was fire, I went to 4 shows. I also agree with your point about John K. He should be in the Mayer spot, but if Mayer wants to do it, he's going to get the nod every time, and I'm loving him up there. I got to see John K do a Sunday afternoon acoustic set a few weeks ago and there probably weren't 30 people, he was so damned good

Anyone go to Melvin Seals and JGB in Rochester yesterday? Looks like a great setlist. Saw them a few weeks ago and they were awesome.

Nope, couldn't justify the cost. Night 1 had songs I would have known. I figured tonight would be deep tracks. Not sure why Phish chooses the Mann over bigger venues in the area, probably a combination of respect for the place and much better acoustics. I'll catch them eventually. Hoping to catch some shows via a couch tour. Went to see Sarah Shook and The Disarmers instead. Highly recommend checking her out if she comes to a venue near you

Yeah i get that, but it just seemed like a weird place to have that storyline.

My biggest problem from the start was Kim and Saul going about their day with no visible signs of trauma or being shaken by what happened the night before. Then all of a sudden in the motel it all floods back. I know they're kinda psychotic with their emotions, but I found it very hard to swallow. The Gus wine thing has to be a bigger deal. Didn't get Mike suddenly needing to go visit Nacho's father. Just seemed so damn random and unnecessary

Up until the end, I really didn't love the episode. A lot of head scratchers. I guess it'll make sense before it ends

Holy crap did Shoresy kill it! I can't wait until they do another season. I had zero faith it would stack up against letterkenny. Turns out it didn't need to, it's a completely stand alone show and incredibly well done. The season finale was WOW!!!!!

I'm 59 and I'm finally trying to live by this "mantra", I don't want to go out with any more regrets than I've already built up.
