  1. Damn. It just got real. I have to think this is the beginning of the end for some major programs. There’s just no way to me that this is confined to a few programs
  2. Why don’t you go back to your home on whore island?!
  3. It’s worth 4 mil if we are able to package it to move up.
  4. What’s the cap hit to trade him after his option is picked up?
  5. This is the Sammy argument. Stars make plays no matter what. I don’t buy these excuses anymore
  6. I lost my **** on a few of these. Well done
  7. I could honestly see Cleveland trade up and go QB then RB. It wouldn’t be a stretch and they get both positions of need. I’d be pretty ecstatic if I were a Browns fan after that. The Colts wanting the RB would be the kink in their plans, which is why the Browns could take him #1 overall and then remove the need for the Colts. The Colts still get their #2 option and extra picks.
  8. That’s some pro scouting science right there. He’s off my board
  9. Let’s get negative. With all the talk of who everyone wants, let’s maybe have some fun and talk the cons of the possible QBs. Cousins - While he throws for a ton of yards, he’s only made the playoffs once. His own team doesn’t want him. Stafford threw for a ton of yards without playoff success, so it doesn’t mean everything. Sorry for the 300 yard fan club guys. Oh yeah, he’s also going to break the bank for a few years while we have a lot of empty spots. Darnold - Are USC QB’s ever successful in the NFL? Took a step back, only has two seasons under his belt, and doesn’t play a tough schedule. Weird ass delivery Allen - All the tools but none of the success or experience. Sounds like Tannehil. Throws off his back foot. Only needs to find accuracy and awareness. Aren’t those the key components to an NFL qb? Cardelle had the height, arm, and skills too. Mayfield - Maybe 6’1” and played in a spread offense. Character issues and cockey for not playing a single NFL snap. Rosen - 6’4” but only 210-220 pounds? Seems too light to take an NFL hit. Comes in with nerve damage in his shoulder and two concussions. Keenum/Foles - were they on anyone’s radar 4 months ago? Some are going to take this too seriously, but I like a little hazing from time to time.
  10. Disappointing if he gets drafted by us. I want that moment of watching our future QB wearing the hat and holding the jersey. If he goes anywhere else, he can stay at home
  11. I believe he will get the first fully guaranteed deal. Whether he takes it from the Jets, I don’t know. I think the Broncos will find the money.
  12. A, then C. But I don’t like either any of your picks
  13. Good effort and I like most of it. I don’t see San Diego trading into the last spot. If the first 10 picks play out like you say, then there isn’t a need for a early run in the second round. Ha. Posted at the same time.
  14. I’m so afraid of the Jets winning the QB lottery and us failing. I don’t want Mayfield haunting us for 15 years. Let them get Allen
  15. He needed to have the successful season he did last year to get his shot. He would have been a questionable HC hire before that. I hope he he has a great 10 years and we meet him every season in the AFC a championship game. Then, when McDermott becomes NFL Commish, Frank comes back come to us
  16. Every team does this. Doesn’t mean anything. Everyone does their homework to see all their options. They’ve also let people know they’d be willing to move back too. Most teams have deal parameters in place, so when the moment comes, things can come together quickly.
  17. Rosen’s weight and shoulder injury worries me
  18. He sounds hot
  19. Is anyone out there saying that evaluating and drafting QB’s is a no-lose deal? I’m not 100% sold on any of these guys. I think Rosen and Mayfield have the best chance, but they could all be busts.
  20. Would you seriously give that up to get the #2 pick? I don’t care who is there, no rookie QB is worth that risk.
  21. Because of that injury history, he was listed as 3rd/4th on their depth chart. More up front money or team options
  22. I don’t see this happening. McDermott is all about a rotating defensive line, so I don’t see him overpaying for one piece of that. Also, his character doesn’t fit the bill.
  23. 9 mil would be my limit, but it would also need to allow us protection from injury. We traded for him, gave him a shot, and helped make him what he is. Between that and his injury history, I’m hoping we can meet in the middle. Because yes, we are a different defense with him on the field.
  24. 1 - Trust the Process 2 - Complain about the process on here 3 - Celebrate Super Bowl win
  25. He will be an intriguing FA. Osweiler at least started and won some games. I’ll say a 3 year deal, 45 mil.
