Could the Bills be looking at Denver?

The new Myles Turner’s. Real ones know. -
What FA Signings Have Directly Lead to SB Wins?

Right, those were all trades. You could play this game for everything. What Bills draft picks have led to Superbowls? -
Dion Dawkins Value - Extend or Trade?
FireChans replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
Reading this topic is kinda funny. Never thought Dawkins was this untouchable asset that folks are up in arms about. the only one on the Bills that is untouchable is Josh. Everyone else can and should have a price, particularly the older guys whose best days are likely behind them. There’s no lifetime achievement award. -
Dion Dawkins Value - Extend or Trade?
FireChans replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think on its face, it doesn’t sound that palatable, but there are some things to consider. 1. Dawkins is approaching the age where playing into shape becomes less and less viable. There aren’t a lot of fat old guys who are still playing at high level. 2. Spencer Brown’s contract status. Brown is younger and imo, more physically gifted than Dion, but obviously plays the less important position. If Brown plays as well as he did this year, imo he’s looking at top 5 RT money. I don’t think Beane and co can or even should pay BOTH guys. But I also don’t think Brown can play LT. Could be wrong, but that’s a lot of money to tie up in OT’s, and there’s only one guy who has a chance to play out a full 3 more years here. 3. Josh Allen’s scrambling. As important as LT is, imo the importance of the position decreases the more guys like Josh and Mahomes scramble. You see teams play patty cake with the tackles making sure they don’t lose contain. Most tackles in the NFL can consider that an easy pass block win. I don’t think the difference between the top 10 and bottom 10 LT’s in the NFL has ever been less than it is right now because of it. -
Let’s win three Superbowls and then we’ll start getting the benefit of the doubt the Chiefs do lol.

The round drafted in or if they were originally an UDFA is completely irrelevant
-
It’s essentially a first round pick. Beane is a wizard
-
If that happens, straight to jail.
-
I’ll be completely honest. If beane and co spend anything higher than a 5th on an RB, I will call for him to be fired.
-
Sure, I’m not making any comparison about them as prospects. Just hard to shake the feeling that the 40 will get him drafted higher than he should.
-
Worthy having the fastest 40 time is giving me John Ross flashbacks.

@HappyDays has told me that we faced one of the higher percentages of man defense in the NFL in 2023, and while he can be wrong, he wouldn’t lie.

Because I was talking about Keon Coleman. You kinda jumped in the conversation for some weird “gotcha” attempt about Ladd ***** McConkey. I want an outside WR that has elite speed and can stretch the field and dictate zone coverages. Not a contested catch guy. Not an inside WR. Keon Coleman is not that guy, imo. Ladd McConkey is also not that guy, imo, your love affair with him notwithstanding. Happy?
-
and I’m not sure he can play outside. So it’s not a contradiction, because I also want a guy that I think can play outside.
-
Questions if he can play outside is not everything I’m looking for lmao
-
No

I think Coleman can get open. Imo he doesn’t separate like some of the other guys do. I want a guy whose skill is “running away from the guys who can’t catch him.” Mike Williams has been productive, just like Coleman will probably be. Strategically, it’s not for me. Coleman getting half a step on NFL DB’s is not what I want for our offense. That’s Gabe Davis-ball, and that’s why Josh threw so many picks his way. I don’t see Coleman being a window-opener. I see him as more of the same tight window throws that all it takes is a pass a little behind or a faster DB to make a play and it’s going the other way or getting tipped.
-
I think the Mike Williams contested-catch type is not the type to bank on, personally. Give me a guy that demands safety rotations. That can turn the corner on jet sweeps and dump offs and WR screens, and can take it 50 yards if the rest of the defense has their back turned to them. A serious RAC weapon is going to transform the offense and turn the rest of the offense into pitch and catch.

They all lie about their heights and weights. Everyone shrinks.

What realistic Free Agents are on your wishlist for the Bills?

Old and slow to replace old and slow. No thanks.
