Such paltry compensation. These vet WR’s are costing pennies on the dollar. Get one for ourselves and a first round WR and let Josh eat.

I did this topic. When they hit, they hit on All-Pros but they are not so different from us.

Who's your breakout players for next season?
FireChans replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Better numbers than Von? On topic, I think Andrerson wows in camp, steals a starting IOL job and never looks back. -
Correct. Jamal Adams was way over drafted in 2017 because his position wasn’t that valuable and many folks said so at the time. There’s nothing new about it. lol
-
Ladd is the next Justin Jefferson, confirmed.
-
Folks said this about Big Cody just before we launched Big Cody into the sun (Arizona). I still don't feel foolish about it.
-
If this is "mostly right," I'm Miles Davis.

@transplantbillsfan is going to be shocked to know that Von Miller isn’t going to get ~$10M for 4 tackles.
-
Yes, NLTBE incentives are based on the players statistics, but they are not just “1 better than last year.” There’s no evidence for that. Our own Ed Oliver has incentives for 6 and 8 sacks in a season in his new contract. Coming off last year where he had 2.5 sacks. So I really am not sure where you are getting the idea that Von’s incentives will be “1 more tackle or sack than he had this year.”

Anyone know why Floyd has $4 million in dead money from us?
FireChans replied to Watkins90's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's very funny that you say this in a topic about adding on extra fake years to add on extra fake money lmao. -
Saying “he’s not an absolute lock” and “Rasul was a goner” are the same statements demonstrates you are the one who struggles with interpretation. Fun projection though.

🤡 post. This is the worst victory lap of all time
-
Diggs won’t take a paycut because he doesn’t care if he gets cut and the Bills probably don’t wanna cut him.
-
But it was a stretch because you were wrong. Just like @GunnerBill saying it was “possible” Douglas wasn’t here was a stretch, because he’s staying. There’s your own “logic” and “reasoning.” Lol.
-
It’s easier to cut Von than Diggs is the real answer.
-
What constitutes grace? I think Von is washed. I think he had a little left in the tank when he signed here, and he was probably the worst defender for the Bills post injury. I also thought Tre was done here after his second injury too. it’s nothing personal. Either you can still play or you can’t.
-
He had to do this or his azz was on the street. This is exactly what happened with the tub of goo Star. Guess what? Cut a year later.
-
It was just McD. Whaley was getting Pegula coffee and waxing his car.
-
Hm, do you have a link? there’s certainly a LTBE and NLTBE, but I thought the teams are allowed to set whatever they want as the actual numbers.
-
Well by your logic, that it was “possible” Tre White was back was quite a stretch. Because he ain’t back.
-
Thank god. He knew he was cooked if he didn’t take less. I know folks say cutting him was impossible, but players don’t take pay cuts unless they are on the block.

They were very likely in negotiations which resulted in cold language at the presser, which means there was definitely a chance he was gone. Hilarious to say that was a stretch
