Pretty much OT but I just read a couple things about this crazy thing in Vegas that Populous also built: https://www.axios.com/2023/07/08/sphere-las-vegas-venue-shows apparently opening in September with U2. (Cost: $2.3B for those curious.)

first off, good on you for donating to this family who definitely needs it. Second off, and I hate to deflect from the real story of this little guy losing his life way too early, but some of that stuff you’re experiencing is by design, not accident. And while many of those who helped raise money for this family deserve credit, keep your collective eyes out for the ones doing it to improve their profile/visibility. I have an example, an easy one since the OP linked it as well (from one of the usual sources): Count how many times this person uses the word “I” in her statement about this unfortunate boy who lost his life to illness. Go ahead. It’s a lot. Don’t support these pseudoinfluencers. Don’t support “Bills Mafia” as a brand (not a fanbase) at all if you can.

Yes 100%. I give the media a little rope since there is nothing else to talk about but still. Me personally, I’ve seen how Diggs prepares and how he competes. Unless that starts going downhill I’m not worried. I don’t need football to become another reality show like some people here and need or demand Diggs to come out (in the offseason, mind you, when they have no obligation to do so) and “clear the air.” Like if some of you need a little bit of drama wrapped up in a little bow for you every week or you start to get the shakes my wife can recommend any number of Bravo shows for you.

Except not everyone “hates on” him though. In fact that’s probably a small minority of Bills fans. But there’s a lot of middle ground that you conveniently ignore between saying TT’s trash and you wondering aloud about his lack of adoration and him being one of the best dual threat QBs. He wasn’t. Never will be. He was a marginal starter with a plus running game and good deep ball. That’s it.

Because he was no where good enough to be “revered.” He was servicable. He did some things well. Other things, not so much. I mean, why isn’t Chris Kelsay revered? What are we even asking here?

yeah his ceiling is pretty apparent by now. Definitely had one very good season in Miami but that’s about it. That said, the way the contract is reported does make it seem a lot worse than it actually is. It’s New England, Mac Jones. Doesn’t really matter that much either way.
