    i would take Trubisky as well but Chi may turn around and resign him after all. Then again Mitch may tell them to pound sand and go elsewhere since they didn’t pick up his option. Either way he’s played decent enough recently he’ll want a chance to start whereever he ends up. Won’t get that here.

    Rumors out of Indy say there’s zero interest there in Wentz. Could be all smoke but that’s what I’ve heard. I think he’s a good offensive coach but the hype is a bit overblown.

    I agree with all this so I gotta believe Shanahan has a good idea where they want to go at QB next year. Whether or not they land who he’s targeting is another story.

    Seems like one of the most logical spots. They’d give him a good chance to start. His contract will be over when he’s cut by SF.

    I agree. Looks like they only have 7 active OL. They’ll have to play starters there for the entire game. ”Key” starters at skill positions will probably be pulled early 2nd quarter.

    Or they just err on the side of caution and assume that masks were not worn if there is no way to verify either way (for instance, inside a car away from team facilities.)

    Happens more than you think. Most of the time the punt team checks the gunners in towards the edges of the line. Ain’t like teams check into a fake every time that happens.

    seems like he does this every game though. Keep him around until you can upgrade the position then cut him loose. I’m tired of the knox rollercoaster at this point.

    He doesn’t appear to have any addiction issues like Manziel, just extreme immaturity issues. Although I do remember hearing rumors around the time of his drafting that Haskins’ father is a bit of a meddler and enabler. Probably not a good sign for the kid. Hey he’s still very young and I hope he gets another chance, but he’s gotta straighten some things out.
