  1. Good. Steelers no longer have a rest advantage going into the SNF game against us. I really hope they're undefeated going into that game.
  2. Might be an interesting free agent signing.
  3. I tried to hours ago, figuring it was under Moderation Actions. Didn't realize I could do it by editing the OP.
  4. I did notice, and I thought it was cray cray.
  5. I wonder if it would bother you if I posted a thread saying I think McDermott is an elite coach and will win multiple Super Bowls during his tenure. That is arguably much more unrealistic than what I'm saying, but I suspect it would be welcomed.
  6. I was hoping for 12-4 and to be a true contender, a juggernaut if you will. We MIGHT get to 12-4, but there's little hope of a deep playoff run. I wanted to go into next year talked about as a legitimate Super Bowl favorite, top 3 type of team. But we haven't shown the ability to crush teams and be elite.
  7. Again, 8-3/division means little if you're going nowhere in the conference. Just being good isn't good enough. It seems like you're of the "At least we're good/it could be a lot worse" mentality, which I don't subscribe to at all.
  8. Ehh, that's not me. I just think I'm right. I suppose we will find out.
  9. I honestly expected only negative reactions, so I'm okay with this ☺
  10. The reason I say this about Vrabel is he clearly motivates that team to just come out and stomp people semi-regularly. They come up big in big games, and they just crush teams sometimes. McDermott's Bills do not do this. I hope you're right!
  11. Figured out why I feel depressed as a fan currently... Sean McDermott is not good enough. Belichick Tomlin Vrabel Reid Payton Shanahan These are the best coaches in the NFL... They either have next-level smarts or an elite ability to motivate players to perform. McDermott is a solid playoff coach, but not a championship coach, I fear... So Bills fans are like, "We're 8-3! Enjoy it!" But I see a frustrating period of good-but-not-good-enough on the horizon for the foreseeable future. And that's depressing. I am absolutely not of the "Hey, it's Buffalo; at least we're winning" type of mentality. It's championships or nothing. That is the life goal. And with McDermott signing a long-term contract, I almost feel as hopeless as I would if we sucked. If we sucked, at least there would be hope of striking coaching gold on an imminent hire. In this case, though, I feel like we'll just be a solid playoff team for the next many years, but not elite enough to win it all.
  12. It was open before the game yesterday and the Bills were more heavily favored if I recall.
  13. We only play with two LBs on the field 95% of the time.
  14. As a teen, I absolutely destroyed my bedroom after the 2004 loss to the Steelers.
  15. I distinctly remember Cousins hitting a wide-open Diggs on deep play-action passes with regularity. Why am I not surprised that we can't do that? For some reason, the Bills rarely have wide-open receivers deep.
  16. It was terrible. Really made me think I'll watch on mute from now on. Gannon in particular said so many things that were simply untrue. He's got to know they're only broadcasting to a regional audience, and Bills fans are going to know when he spews false info.
  17. Not really funny because the word "punt" was included
  18. Serious question: Have McDermott's Bills ever stopped a 2-point conversion? Considering the track record, teams should probably go for two after every TD.
  19. Based on the eye test, Herbert appears to be better than Allen.
