  1. This is, of course, a comment. The players are leaving no doubt of their preference. Watching this unfold is extremely frustrating, knowing Terry and Kim could easily afford a dome without affecting their lifestyle in any way but are simply choosing not to do it. The team is better in a dome, Allen is better in a dome, future generations aren't going to want to play in the elements any more than this one is, and the elements provide no advantage whatsoever to the Bills.
  2. I can't believe you of all people have this phobia. If I said this, you'd be all over me!
  3. Yeah, color me baffled. I've never seen the gridiron database be wrong before. This is a huge change. Now this begs the question... is it possible the social media team got it wrong?
  4. Holy crap! What's going on? This has long been pegged as a throwback game. They must have changed their mind. Interesting.
  5. I cheated on my wife, divorced, but am now reconciled and remarried.
  6. Next year, no Trubisky and Webb might retire and become a coach. At minimum, you compete with Webb for the backup job. They drafted Fromm in the 5th round to be more than a practice squad player.
  7. It drives me nuts how these things are for some reason not on the weather forecast at all, yet people can see them coming days or even weeks prior to them appearing on the forecast.
  8. People think of last year and they only think of the glorious games. They expect that every game now.
  9. He might; it's just obviously a very unstable situation there with NYG. Here, he could be the primary backup for years in a stable situation with a winning organization. Maybe he has delusions that he's good enough to start and thinks he'll have a chance to compete.
  10. Is there a reason to think he'll see the field this year? He had a pretty clear path to the primary backup job in Buffalo next year, which could have been stable for years.
  11. Yes. Practice squad players are free agents. They're not on perpetual waivers waiting to be claimed or in a draft pool. They're free to sign or not sign as they choose.
  12. Very questionable and shortsighted career move by Fromm. He had a good chance to be the long-term primary backup for a winning organization starting next year. Puzzling as I'm not sure how this helps him except for very short-term financial gain. Now, he goes to a very unstable situation, likely facing offseason upheaval.
  13. No, you're completely wrong. Each and every year, I bemoan the fact that Beane and McDermott choose to go light at the CB position while carrying extra OL and special teams linebackers. It has nothing to do with the cap. I know you thought you were being clever and smart, but it didn't work.
  14. While I agree that the Bucs are the only team left on the schedule with significant receiving threats, the same cannot be said for the upcoming AFC playoffs. The Bills are probably going to play the Chiefs again, not to mention the possibility of the Chargers, Bengals, or Titans (with Brown and a healthy Green). The playoffs are what matter, and White won't be back. The Bills are in trouble.
  15. If there's one area on the team McDermott can coach up, it's the CB position. That is undoubtedly why he goes so thin there with the roster every year. I just don't know about this one, though.
  16. Nothing new. It's every single year under McDermott. This year, it finally catches up to him. We'll see how well he can coach up scrub DBs here; that's all he chooses to keep for depth year in and year out.
  17. I just don't understand how this happens. Why don't more people tear their ACLs in everyday life? Not much was happening.
