He really is. His expressions are creepy. What he says. Completely agree. -

Meanwhile Russ making Bo Nix look like a complete turd. Peyton blew it with a Denver team ready to compete now.

Defense: 1st Half vs 2nd Half - What is going on?
Mikie2times replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with this. It also extends past this game to nearly this entire season along with the Miami game last year at Miami. Perhaps even deeper than that, but 1st half/2nd half data is a pain outside of just points. In my frustration over McD I have brought up before that Joe Burrow has nearly 200 yards, zero incompletions, and three TD passes on 3 opening drives vs the Bills (includes the CXL game). As you pointed out, I think it's very possible that McD and the collective defensive minds are just not very good against scripted plays. Which is a big issue unless we can get it figured out. We can't spot good teams 10 points and expect to comeback. We saw that with Houston and Baltimore. -
Defense: 1st Half vs 2nd Half - What is going on?

That’s my guess. They seem very stubborn wanting to play with those safeties off the ball. The Miami game at the end last year was the exact same. I just think we are at a point where we need to come out with a plan that can contain the run. Against good teams we can’t afford to lose the half like we are. They’re becoming a mandatory 2nd half bet at this point. -
He didn’t catch the ball? Its moving the whole time.

Josh should steal their women and leave their children motherless.
-
If they can get OBJ they will be fine. One more piece for Aaron.

I hate saying this, but KC is more scary than probably any other year I can remember. They have a top 3 defense. They completely stop your running game and can run themselves. They can pressure heavily and they play well in the back end. You know that offense will figure it out. Probably not until near the very end but it just seems inevitable they will. That is not a soft team anymore. They built a team for playoff football.

How are we getting caught off guard so frequently in the first half? The numbers are crazy at this point. First Half 236 plays 1,402 yards = 200.28 Yards Per Game 95 points = 13.57 per game 5.94 Yards Per Play Second Half 224 plays 910 yards = 130 Yards Per Game 33 points = 4.71 per game 4.06 Yards Per Play It seems as though that we are somehow surprised by teams coming right at us in the run game. We get completely gashed. Then we make adjustments in the 2nd half and we totally shut it down (in all but the Ravens game). We see more pressures getting home as well. Our 2nd half defense has been completely dominating all year while our first half defense has been below average, even bad. Look at some of these trends below in addition to the numbers. -4 of 7 opponents have scored 17 or more in the first half -5 of 7 opponents have over 200 yards in the first half -Only 2 teams have even got to 7 in the second half -0 of 7 teams have gained 175 yards in the second half

Josh has been fine all year and at time great, but did you expect a lot of publicity to go his way the last three weeks? He's 52%, 3 TD's 0 INT's, and 175 yards per game. Prior to Baltimore he was getting MVP nods left and right. We played awful against Baltimore and Houston and the media hype train in influenced by outcomes just as much as individual play. He's playing better than Mahomes right now, 100%. Hell, just about everybody is. What do Bills fans want? ESPN to proclaim Allen is the definitive best QB in the world? Does Lamar have any say in that? I know. Josh has bad defense, coaching, no WR's. Josh is always fighting uphill while no other player in the NFL ever had things going against them. These threads about Allen finally getting respect are just so boring. He's recognized as one of the very best. What do some Bills fans want past that?
-
The ball was moving. He never caught it. It was obvious.
-
Leave it to our fans to argue a clearly correct call. The rule is logical. You can’t score unless you fully possess the ball. How would it be any different?
-
I think Bills fans need to move on from this narrative. He's one of the leagues golden boys now and rightfully so. He gets an absurd amount of positive press and is just about universally looked at as a top 3 QB. We need to win more meaningful games for anything to change. As it probably should be. Has Allen really played that well the last three weeks? I mean he's barely over 50% passing. What credit should he be getting that he isn't right now? Maybe it's Bills fans with the chip and not the media?
-
So you can be better than average with never having played? Interesting. Busts no longer exist I guess?
-
Aren't all rookies JAG's until eventually they aren't?
-
I don't expect it to be a popular opinion but lets see if they pull off a trade. Not going to happen.
-
I don't think the league is about trading KC assets they really need anymore. I don't see anybody lining up to trade with them at this point.

Has to be a torn Achilles. Honestly, probably the best for all parties. Watson doesn't want to be playing and the Browns are better off benching him. Winston will start winning games for them. -
10/20/24 Game 7 GAMEDAY Bills vs Titans 2nd half thread
Mikie2times replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s really not. We execute almost nothing within the play. It’s been obvious for weeks. A superhuman catch by Kincaid really doesn’t change that. Nor does a win today. -

The Jets aren’t in the path to the Super Bowl. Anybody who is would school this team. -

The reality is this team is not very good. But neither is most the league. We will feel it when we play stronger teams.
