  1. What’s hate got to do with any of this? You as well are well intrenched in your own caricature, and it’s not so attractive on your end either “young man”. I guess we are both damn unattractive in our own special ways. ?? Go Bills!!!
  2. I never commented on Josh in any fashion, if you where observant you would know that, you assumed, and you where wrong. I commented on the cheap shot you threw out that had nothing to do with generational differences, only personal preference as to ones behavior. You’re still kinda cute with your endless naive perspective, oh and did you vote in the last round of local or national elections??? Or ever, did any of your cohort vote? How much consumer goods did you spend money on only to put most of it in a trash can with in a year ???? Ask yourself, do you walk the walk, it’s darn unlikely you do. You are part of the problem young man.
  3. You’re so cute, I was born 13 years after the end of WW2, moved out of my parents house when I was 18, made my own life, didn’t look to them to finance me. I worked my whole adult life saved my money not living beyond my means,( no debt) got my first car when I was 34, only owned two during my life, currently don’t own one, my environmental foot print is and always has been a magnitude smaller than yours will ever be, don’t blame everyone else for your own short comings, work around them, and get your generation to do something as a whole, your generation doesn’t vote, you do not take part in society in any useful way to effect change for the better. Prove the boomers wrong, I dare you, start by voting out the corporation first politicians, and stop with your consumer centric life style, that only plays into the hands of those that hold you in shackles. You likely have a hard road ahead of you, do something that helps your children’s generation, it’s not all about you, it’s all about your actions. I did my part, and still do, I chose an unconventional life, never bought into the consumer lifestyle didn’t and don’t pollute my world nonstop, how about you, can you say the same?? Even now I live on a sailboat its a solar powered vehicle sun, wind, sails... don’t talk the talk unless you’re gonna walk the walk. And don’t make enemies of those that are your allies. And learn to laugh at yourself, it helps ones perspective. Yah, I’m old by your markers, but I and many like me where never the problem, the “Greatest generation” polluted the planet on s grand scale, and shored up the financial system that screwed me and you, the world is not black and white, it is s constant shade of grey young man.
  4. It’s terribly weak, seeing we boomers have most of the money and land holdings thusly societal control. You kids will have to wait till we die off, before you can be us, if you got what it takes, ???
  5. Any one who believes/espouses flat earth crap, and glass boy Rob Johnson.
  6. Nothing but luv for ya, but that is a red herring argument. The Pegulas have not spent all their money on anything, the are still sitting on billions of dollars. That and the money comes from the same place it always comes from, private/ public, sources, there is no other places for the money to come from, its like every other new stadium that has ever been built, and that is not going to change, it is naive to think otherwise, the state government will in the end support a stadium in the city. That and it plays into the Politicians hands with “ investment in our communities”. Your taxes will never ever go down, may as well get a new Football stadium out of it. It is odd that people create false obstacles that have already been overcome in multiple other locations, and state “ I can’t see it happening”. PSE empire is in the City of Buffalo New York, where the hell else would they build a new stadium, come on already...everyone already knows this, hell Pegula’s dog knows this, and so do you and I. Again nuthin but luv for ya. Beer time ?? Go Bills!!!
  7. That right there proves he is not to be listened to, with a brain that small there is not enough surface area to be scarred, flat-earther, to be that willfully stupid..., what a moron...
  8. Imo, same way every one of them is, private/public dollars, it’s no mystery. All the arguments will be made pro and con, over and over and over, ? and it will not change the outcome, if It’s gonna happen it will, and yes ticket prices will go up, and the fans will pay the increase, all the while iching and moaning about it, because that’s what we do ?, Happens everywhere a new stadium goes up. What’s the alternative? Does the league threaten the Pegulas in some fashion or another? Is there a lawsuit against the league/owners group brought by PSE ? which will involve the Feds, because of the monopoly thing, would get really messy. It would be very exciting to watch it all transpire, don’t ya think? Or it could be much ado about nothing, we shall see. Me, “if” there is a new stadium, I would like to see it in the city of Buffalo. Or does an outer ring get built around and attached to New Era with all the amenities the league demands? I mean what the hell else can we do? are we willing to let the team walk away? because sooner or later the stadium will be replaced, or the team will leave, in a perfect world PSE would foot the bill..., but that ain’t likely ever gonna happen. For them it’s business, for us it’s emotion.... Go Bills!!!
  9. We all know it’s not necessary, it’s all a pile of warm steamy BS. But not to worry, PSE has already determined what they are going to do, and the plan is already in place. and it was part of the overall business plan right from the beginning/purchase of the team, and that implementation is only waiting for the start date, when ever that is. There will be much Nashing of teeth when the new stadium location is announced, it will be in the city of Buffalo, alongside the other large PSE investments already in place, and it will have a roof, change is the only constant. Go Bills!!!
  10. Don’t you worry, It will be, Terry & Kim can read a trail, they both know it would verge on financial malfeasance to build an open stadium for a fall/winter sport in the city Buffalo New York in this day and age, and if they want any assistance from the league it will have to have a roof, and the Pegulas know this. Combine a new roofed stadium with the top shelf facilities at OBD, and the issue is greatly diminished. That and Buffalo is a cool place. Jmo, disagree at your leisure... ? Go Bills!!!
  11. Not meaning our guys per say, but rather outsider FA signings, hence, “usually and almost” still don’t think the pats FA is a realistic consideration, I see Spain being resigned for far less, but no one can say absolutely at this point. Go Bills!!!
  12. Not seeing this as a likely target by Beane, RT is the question mark on the O line, Beane is “usually” unwilling to pay stupid money at “almost” every position, so this one is likely not a consideration. Go Bills!!!
  13. I was being kind... that is why I posted what I did, about this off season being the time to get the offense to above average... would have thought that was pretty darn obvious from what I wrote, no? Go Bills!!!
  14. Going from a truly horrible offense to slightly below average offense was done out of desperate need this past off season. Now!! is the time to really improve the offense, and get it up to above average. Beane I will assume (yes dangerous) knows this all to well. Our current offense has struggled to score three touchdowns a game on average for many obvious reasons, and that needs to be corrected this off season or we will be spinning our wheels, which will increase the difficulty of getting into the postseason in 2020. Yes attention needs to be given to both sides of the ball, but the Offense needs to be the priority if another playoff run is going to be a seriously considered. Go Bills!!!
  15. Hmmm, good point, but still, only two situations that the foot will still be used in an actual play, not really “foot” ball as it were... the league seems hell bent to not use the foot, no quick kick anymore, no drop kick, anymore, soon no kick off anymore, it is really taking a big piece of the games excitement away, jmo. Just a thought but, maybe on kickoffs limit each team to six players, making the kickoff have more potential as an offensive play for the receiving team, it would inject an exciting new dynamic into the game...
  16. I would then ask why is the league wanting so badly to get rid of the foot/kicking part of American football? It appears in a not so distant future there will be zero foot, in American football...
  17. This has turned out to be really cool, great answers have been presented, thank you to all who have contributed ? it’s time for beer ? ?? Go Bills!!!
  18. So very true, it is yet another case of, just because you can, doesn’t mean you should, profit comes hand in hand with greed, and becomes tenuous simultaneously, greed is the biggest down fall of capitalism, always has been, it’s the elephant in the room and no one wants to talk about it, and because of that, we get the 1 percent controlling almost all the wealth we the people have created, it certainly is food for thought, for those who are not afraid to think about it.
  19. Hmmm, then one being a way to the park, and the other being the way to the drive... maybe, just maybe, it does not mean what we think it means....
  20. Boomer! and proud of it, oh and is boomer all you got? if so no wonder your generation sucks... ??? Go Bills!!!
  21. Does that include the end zones? Yah, I had too....
  22. Your just makin stuff up now.... ? Thank you, ?
