  1. 4.57am here as I begin to type this. I am bitter for now yet optimistic for next year, maybe foolishly but hey I can't quit on this team . I didn't have the benefit of the English commentary but Bjorn Werner on German TV was just astounded by the constant tush pushing failures saying Philly can run it and Buffalo can't. We scored touchdowns with two superhero touchdowns, Bass made a 53 yarder and Phillips had the huge sack but the final needed miracle never came. We are still the best fanbase in the NFL, wishing that Philly can stop KC in New Orleans.
  2. Mentally the team is ready! It is time for greatness.
  3. My fear in the scenario posted would be that KC would just hold every Bills player literally on the two point attempt, then as usual the penalty called would be "holding offence number XX", that penalty is declined, that is the end of the game". I voted to kick the extra point.
  4. I'd like to see Zach Davidson elevated and play this Sunday, him plus Keon and Hollins would make an interesting red zone trio I think, they'd have a height advantage plus physicality if the flags are swallowed. KJ Hamler could also be a decoy/deep threat. I would elevate two offensive skill players this week even if they are inactive on gameday. Special Teams will be really crucial too, Houston really messed up last week and KC seems to constantly excel in this area. Have Codrington back for some punts and Shakir for others. Alternate Codrington, Davis and Ty for the kickoff returns. Try to keep KC on their toes and be ready for the fake kicks, onsides and Hail Marys and have also have some emergency tricks up our sleeves as well. When we see evenly matched teams on O and D, the difference can be found in ST.
  5. For me, getting to the AFC Championship game was the minimum acceptable target, in my own mind, now that we have made this far, it is time to win on Sunday at Arrowhead and in February in New Orleans. I just wanted this coaching staff to make it past the Divisional round this year and I am thankful that this has been achieved. Many fans have had a MUCH longer period of Buffalo “heartbreak” than me. I only became a true hardcore Buffalo fan in 2015 and then I was immediately horrified when the news broke that Rex was appointed as the HC! I guess I am a weird fan as the postseason loss to Houston stung me far more than the 13 seconds game. Sunday can be the happiest day of my Buffalo fandom. Begrudgingly, respect to Kansas City, they have had remarkable and dominant success and they are always linked to us be it via coaching trees, trades or memorable games, the general narrative appears to be one-sided simply because we haven’t defeated them in the post season and that can be changed on Sunday. I am daring to dream, should it not be this year then we will have another go next year like all the remaining 31 teams who didn’t lift the Lombardi. I would also opine that Sean did actually give a straight reply in relation to that Baltimore journalist who had the “city of losers” comment and his disagreement with that – that was bigger than the Bills, affecting the whole city and area (in my opinion), regarding fans and locker room impact. I am unsure if this will embed or not, I happened to see this on YouTube, being from Europe I’d actually want to visit this restaurant and meet native Bills fans when I am wealthier lol. Buffalo Bills fans react to 'city of losers' comment from Baltimore radio host
  6. Four more wins this January and February please! Next year can be the year of "worrying" or "being concerned about" 1st Team All-Pro or MVP when the Super Bowl LIX trophy is safely in Buffalo. Win the Lombardi this year and players like Brown, Groot and Cook will be actually receiving votes next year.
  7. It seems like location plus having a semi-closed stadium outweighed the time zone change for the Rams. I thought before the fires that LA would win, I still think that now but who knows how the players and staff are dealing with this. May the fires be eradicated as quickly as possible.
  8. All I can say is that I hope they get scrutiny for this and that any Buffalo player is never associated with them or endorses them.
  9. It is really hard to see all the destruction currently ongoing in LA and the surrounding areas. A dumb question from a non-American, is there any reason why Seattle or San Francisco could not/would not be the replacement venue? Arizona is also a NFC West foe but the other two venues wouldn't change the time zone for the Rams plus I assume it is also an easier time adjustment for Minnesota?
  10. I am interested to know what others think of Kincaid and the potential of him having a decent game on Sunday. My desire is for him to be an impact player and have 75+ receiving yards. After his midseason injury is he still TE1? Or has Knox taken that role? I just want the guy to flourish and be the mismatch we desired him to be.
  11. Whilst not directly in line with the OP's topic, I thought it was interesting that Minnesota has elevated Daniel Jones to the 53, potentially getting a pick should he leave. Vikings promote former Giants QB Daniel Jones to active roster ahead of wild-card playoff game vs. Rams
  12. He mentions his kicking ability from high school during the video plus taking part in a punt, pass and kick compettion, he can be an emergency option if needed.
  13. Everyone, in the main doesn't want Cincinatt scraping into the Playoffs and are confident in facing Miami or Denver at Orchard Park. For me, based on what I understand, given seeds 1 to 4 are locked in, what would be in Buffalo's interests going forward, would be having the 6th seed take out Baltimore (3rd) and have the 5th seed be defeated by Houston (4th) althought the second part of the scenario is not so important, it'd be nice to avenge the week 5 loss. I am not sure who is better placed to take down Batimore in Baltimore. You've either got the Chargers (Harbaugh Bowl rematch with a different California team, would be prime time for sure) or Tomlin and the currently struggling Steelers, albeit divisional matchups are unpredictable. Assuming both the Chargers and the Steelers win this weekend they'd both be 11-6. I'd lean towards preferring Jim to defeat John with the Chargers going to face KC and then we facing the 4 or the 5 (Texans or Steelers) at Orchard Park.
  14. To me they seem to cut to the studio a lot more now compared to before, missing a lot of the non-game camera shots and activities. I cannot complain, it is not being shown live on Sky in the UK either. I always prefer live television to the quirks of streaming. If anyone has any links for next week please PM me, no chance of non Redzone coverage in Europe as Buffalo has already clinched the playoffs and NE is toast this season.
  15. If you have access to a television it is free to air on RTL. Commentary will be done locally in German Two games are live - Buffalo is first and then the Miami game is second. In Germany there are two free to air Sunday games broadcast - the 1pm ET/4.05/4.25 ET choices - teams vary week to week. Luckily this week the Bills are going to be shown without needing the internet.
  16. Couple of weeks back I tried to watch Thursday Night Football (Broncos at Chiefs) using Twitch. Didn't work for me when I tried - "not supported in your region" or words to that effect - using a PC and web browser. I was in London but might be in the Netherlands (depending on work) next week when the Bills are on TNF. Just a small warning for any international fans trying to use Twitch for the first time to see Buffalo next week. I could try a VPN but I have never tried before, maybe some regions outside of the USA are supported?!
  17. I was unsure where to post this, my thoughts are that if the NFL wanted Jacksonville to play 2 games in London, one designated as home and then the other one as away then they needed to play the away game at Buffalo first then have the home Atlanta game as the 2nd game. Practically I believe it wouldn't be possible because Tottenham played Liverpool on 30 September and that the Jaguars home game is always at Wembley. This year Jacksonville has "gained" an additional home fixture. I hope this "experiment" ends this year or is significantly modified as one team gained a significant advantage. As a European I am kind of down that a decent amount of Bills fans have negative opinions of European fixtures after this negative 2023 experience. I didn't personally attend but it was a beautiful day and the stadium was at least 85% Bills fans, it should have been an unforgettable day that lingered in the memory.
  18. PFN 3xOL - 1xDT - 1xS - 1xWR Need a reliable backup 1T - here Ika fell to 59. Need to restock the offensive line.
  19. I think there should be a maximum 6 players that are ST only - LS, K, P, combo KR/PR, 2x Gunners. A player like Hines being a real backup RB plus both KR and PR is a bonus. Kumerow has played real WR snaps and can be WR #5. Can only hope that Gilliam plays more FB on offence next year.
  20. I am liking Darnell Wright at RT. Dawkins-Bates-Morse-FA/DraftPick-Wright
  21. Sedrick Van Pran is returning to Georgia for the 2023 season. I don't know why his name has not been removed from the database? https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/georgia-football/sedrick-van-pran-georgia-starting-lineman-confirms-plans-for-2023/
  22. No DB drafted!
  23. In the CIN @ KC game, my wish is for either a lop sided beat-down or a catastrophe of similar nature to 13 seconds, not bothered as to who wins. I want the loser to be questioning their HC, GM, offensive and defensive schemes, roster construction etc, in a similar manner to we are currently feeling but even worse considering they have made it further this season.
  24. I would like Buffalo to seriously consider Darnell Washington. He is a Gronk sized TE at 6 foot 7, 265lbs. The write-ups state that he excels as a run blocker. My reason for wanting him is that so he can be a blocking TE and red zone threat whilst freeing up Knox to run routes. I would like him (Knox) to be the second read after Diggs, can Knox be a high usage TE like Kelce, Waller, Kittle, Hockenson etc? Buffalo has shown faith in Knox and extended him, we should be looking to utilize him more as a pass catcher. We can then also run 3 TE sets with Morris as the number 3.
  25. From the posts in the thread, PFF seems to give Buffalo 8 picks in the 2023 draft and PFN only gives 6. Do we have to wait for the Super Bowl to conclude to be certain of how many picks we have or is one site or both incorrect?
