  1. At some point, injuries are no longer an excuse. The defense is playing outstanding tonight. Tre White, Poyer, Edmunds are all making big plays. Guys are starters for a reason… O line depth is going to be a rough obstacle to overcome this late in the season.
  2. Gabe Davis again! What a regression this year. It’s crazy, he had so much potential, and he just can’t seem to get it all together.
  3. I’m really interested to see what a CB duo of White and Elam looks like. What a difference Tre White makes. He’s a special player.
  4. Spot on. I think you’re right about Favre. A lot of guys have tried those throws, and they get picked, but Favre and Allen are cut from the same cloth. They’ll bet on themselves every time. Hearing Romo gush over Josh like that was sweet. As a “locker room guy”, you know he’s feeling a twinge of his QB pride knowing he could never have made that throw.
  5. I’ll say it. That’s a stupid rule. A guy barely touches him, and he’s down by contact 3 yards downfield. Dumb.
  6. This. Every throw is off, except for when he gives it his all, and then it’s magic again. One thing Romo DID do well today, was explain that and what it feels like for Josh. Yes, I’m on a first name basis with Josh. I love him. That being said, the offensive line is HORRIBLE. Quessenberry got abused today. It was hard to watch. And Van Roten as well. Those two need to do all the dishes at home tonight. Dorsey isn’t letting anyone get in a rhythm with the play design. I feel like that’s McD forcing his hand in the run game, and it’s not working. And here we are back to Josh’s elbow.
  7. I’ll be honest, this is getting harder and harder to watch every week.
  8. I’ve been where you’re at. I was a spectacle myself. Still am. However, it’s worth it all. I remember painting my sons nursery room the day they hired St Doug. I remember thinking that it felt different. Like something was going to come of it. And it did. Through it all though, watching my son live through the glory years of Josh Allen, is so rewarding. Todays loss is baffling, and it should make very fan angry. But don’t quit. Regardless of what these butt heads in this thread say, we need you. We need your family. We need the passion and the pain. Otherwise, it’s just us out here alone. And that’s like being a Texans fan. Yuck.
  9. You might be. My English Grandma who only ever had Troyer Farms pretzels and squirt to eat loved Might Taco… It offers life to even the most bland of pallets.
  10. Boooooooooooo How dare you! Booooooooo Salsaritas? What the hell even is that? Mighty Taco is a blessing on this Earth sent from the Lord above!
  11. I don’t know, Elam has been a very pleasant surprise.
  12. Singletary is a great complimentary piece. He’s a do it all kind of guy, but has no speed. Cook is all speed, buuuuuuuuuut, there doesn’t seem to be much else there. They need a real RB. A true starting caliber RB could get yards with this line. Singletary consistently gets to the second level, but because he has no speed, he gets caught up by the ankles. It’s hard to watch week after week.
  13. I hate the Jets and their fans. Thats all Im feeling right now. You know, I want to disagree with what you are saying. But it’s hard to.
  14. Who said anything about rigged? Allen is a star, so is Diggs. There was another non-call in the Dolphins/Bears game. As a fan of the game and this team, you should be angry too. Good defense is one thing, but blatant fouls aren’t good for the game. Regardless of the outcome.
  15. Anyone want to talk about the silent refs until the final drive? I do. Terrible. How many holds happened all game long that weren’t called? And then on the final play, Gardner is all over Diggs, doesn’t have his head turned, and is clearly holding his arms. I know they’re both going for it, but the rule has ALWAYS been the defender has to turn his head. I know that one play doesn’t make the game, and I know that it shouldn’t come down to this. But, good teams get those calls. Favored teams get those calls. Mahomes would get it. Brady would get it. Tyrik Hill or OBJ would get that call. I don’t like it.
  16. Against maybe the best man cover corner in football. That shouldn’t have been a surprise to anyone. The defense is the real problem. The Packers and the Jets just laid out the blue print for beating this defense.
  17. The secondary isn’t covering well enough to start adding pressure. The Jets are playing the whole field, Bills secondary can’t keep up. Poyer and Milano are a huge loss for this defense.
  18. “Suck my whole sleeve.” Does that mean what I think it means?
  19. Jesus, I remember my Dad buying beer from him at the War Memorial for Bisons game. “Buy a warm one from me, the next ones free!” The Conehead guarantee. He’s 100% correct. I get the same feeling every week watching the Bills with my son. The Glory Years have returned, and it’s sweet as honey.
  20. Hahahahaha, “put it there fella.”
  21. Ha. Craig Carton. Ha. The Jets. Ha. Jonathan Franklin-Meyers. Haahahahahahahaha. Don’t wake the sleeping giant. That team has one good player on defense. Good luck covering anyone not across from Sauce Gardner. F word the Jets. Forever. Go Bills.
  22. Oh. I would say that the Nickel is their base scheme, and that everything builds off that. There’s no real “heavy set” to the defense. I’d much rather have Taron Johnson on the field than Dodson. It’s a liability against the zone run schemes, but I’d still rather have the best 11 guys on the field.
  23. Im not sure what you’re trying to say here? The Bills defense got gashed on Sunday night BECAUSE of scheme. The defense bent, but did not break. That’s also part of the scheme.
  24. I will agree that the Eagles run game scared me before last night, and I feel like the Bills scheme got exposed last night. But, I also don’t think it’s something that can’t be overcome. And I don’t think that Robert Quinn makes them so much better than the Bills O-line and Josh Allen can handle. I really don’t buy into the Eagles at all. But they’re undefeated, and they’re odds on favorite for the NFC. They’re the only thing to talk about in NFC. So this is the team that’s getting better to make a run. But… I don’t think this trade deadline deal, the move that makes that makes them better than a team with great chemistry and motivated from within. If the Bills signed Robert Quinn in the off-season, or traded for him then, I’d be over the moon. Just for the record.
