from an outside standpoint it legit looks like Beane has no ***** clue what he is doing. he has mishandled so many positions..QB, OL, WR, CB. He basically traded away, let go all of our talent to clear up capspace to get Allen and bring in whatever FA's that will come here.

With Allen out for at least 3-5 weeks we can finally start thinking about the #1 overall pick. I have no doubt we will be picking top 3. Our offense struggles to put up over 10 points a game and our defense is decent (not top 5 or even top 10 like everyone thinks). We have played 2 bad offenses in a row, every other good QB we have faced this season our defense got ripped apart. So what do we do? Trade back or take the top guy available? I doubt anyone has the draft capital to trade up for #1, especially for a defensive end. This is prob one of the worst drafts to own the #1 overall pick. There is no generational type player available, and no top QB's that other teams want to trade out of the pick. We will most likely draft one of the two top DE's.

And it will never change under Mcdermott his old philosophy of defense first, heavy run offense will never work. It wouldn't even have worked 5 years ago. things are changing fast in this league

Give Rosen 2-3 more weeks and he will make us regret not picking him. Arizona fans the other day were ecstatic that we got Allen instead of them they are in love with Rosen and the future of that team. and we are here wishing Allen would sit out the rest of the year for his own good.

The second Mcdermott/Beane are gone from this franchise the better off we are Until then this trainwreck is going to continue. .God i cannot wait until they are fired.

looks a lot worse than Mariotas tbh. he was in serious pain on the sideline i think he will be out 4-5 weeks. so much for developing our rookie QB. We all knew this was coming. Beane ignored the oline for 2 years and this is the result.

Mcdermott won't last another 2 years here. he just can't cut it as an NFL coach. He won't get fired next offseason but i can see him getting axed mid season next year. He is officially on the hotseat if he trots out Peterman vs the colts

Mcdermott is a good defensive coordinator. thats it this man has no right to be HC of an NFL team. his game management skills are worse than any drought era coach i can remember.

Rosen had one of the the quickest releases in the draft, and was also the best QB in the draft throwing on the run. he knows how and when to get rid of the ball to avoid hits. Arizona's oline is literally just as bad as ours stop making excuses

Remember when we passed up on Rosen b/c he was small and injury prone.

obviously who traded up to get him while ignoring Watson/Mahomes Who benched Tyrod for him? Who made him starter this season in week 1? Mcdermott was 100% in charge of that draft and is the SOLE reason why Peterman is still on this team. His ability to evaluate QB talent is **** and is a main reason why he will never find long term success here.

First of all, Brady is the best QB of all time, stop comparing every god damn situation to Brady and the patriots. Second of all, he had plenty of help. New England has had some top class OC's in his time there, so your point is literally wrong and irrelevant.

Simple as. You don't draft a project QB and expect him to develop under a conservative defensive minded coach who has literally no idea how to evaluate QB's. Look at all the top young QB's in the league. They have smart offensive minded coaches behind them (either HC or OC/QB coach). Mcdermott has no idea how to assemble an offense that is sustainable in today's NFL. He is the sole reason why Peterman is still on this team. His ability to evaluate that side of the ball is abysmal. We will never see Allen progress under Mcdermotts coaching staff. Sure he is a decent defensive coach but in order for this franchise to move forward with Allen Mcdermott needs to be replaced. How do we expect Allen to learn with such poor coaching? Who even on this staff has a history of developing QB's? This franchise continues to draft QB's and watches them fail b/c they didn't bother to bring in a decent QB guy to help. History is repeating itself with Allen (just like Losman, Edwards, EJ)

Beane and Mcdermott have 2 years. after next year if there is no signs of progress they are both done and we clean house this delusion from Bills fans thinking they are getting 3+ years is hilarious. Like the poster above said once the Allen experiment fails its over. Especially while we all watch Darnold and Rosen light up teams.

don't worry, it will even out once we play some better offenses we have came up against 2 bad offenses in a row. we got our ass handed to us by GB and LA. This defense is overrated.

set up perfectly?????? our GM is as clueless as it gets buddy. he got rid of multiple talented player to acquire picks and draft a QB who looks like he is nowhere near ready to be playing in this league

what makes you think this coaching staff even thinks there is a problem at QB? this is the same staff that watched peterman all camp and preseason and thought he was good enough to be a starting QB in this league, not to mention traded up in the draft to sign him while ignoring Mahomes and Watson.

Mahomes could have put up 60 points and they still would have lost b/c Brady would have kept scoring on that defense.
