Absolutely. This line is much more physical than last year. 2 starting caliber TEs who they invested a lot of money & resources into, an above average stable of RBs, big blocking WRs, and Josh Allen as a threat to run as well. I’d love to see a more power running offense w/ some play action sprinkled in or something similar to what Baltimore is doing. I feel like they are trying to force a square peg into a round hole right now.

People sleeping on Ty Johnson especially his receiving capabilities. I think people will be pleasantly surprised. Seems like every time he touches the ball he gets 8-10 yards

I love how Buffalo has a winning record plus leading their division and yet people act as if they are going to get a top 5 draft pick next year. Nobody knows what the future holds. When guys like Milano, Taron Johnson , and Von Miller come back this could a completely different team come December. They really just need to get hot at the right time. Have they looked like world beaters ? Absolutely not, but I’m never ever counting this team out.

It’s not the WRs fault they got thrust into their positions. Guys like Mack Hollins are excellent options as a 4th or 5th option, but really has no business being in a starting role.

It makes a ton of sense. McDermott’s defenses are too soft. They need a philosophy change and there’s certainly talent currently on the roster that are good enough to make that transition. You’re telling me Milano, Oliver, Rousseau, Bernard or TJ aren’t good enough for a different scheme? Talent is talent. Being a terrible coach vs a terrible coordinator are 2 different things. Ask Josh McDaniels or Rex Ryan

Boy, would this dude turn this defense around immediately. And he would get a chance to stick it to the Jets. Babich has been unimpressive so far to say the least.

There’s not one fan I know that doesn’t think McD didn’t majorly F up the 13 second game. A lot of us know he’s flawed, but are scared to go back to the drought years. Look at the Jets. Imagine going through that year after year switching coaches. People know w/ McD that this team will always remain competitive and a post-season mainstay. I mean he’s tied w/ Bill Bellichick for the highest win % through 55 games for crying out loud. That isn’t by luck. I guess you could argue that it’s all Josh, but he did break a 17 year drought without him. I am torn. I know he has to improve. He does have the chance. Bills are still sitting 3-2 w/ the Jets coming up. Maybe the team isn’t talented enough? Well, that wouldn’t be his fault then.

I’m not throwing the season away. We play in the weakest division in football. Playoffs are almost a guarantee and anything can happen once you’re in. The front office and coaching staff just need to start showing some desperation because their jobs are definitely on the line. If Buffalo comes up short again, I think McDermott has one more season left. There are no time for “rebuilds” when u have a franchise QB. McDermott & Brady better be banging down the door of Beane’s office to get a WR. The season can still be salvaged. The Giants started out 0-4 then ended up winning a championship. Coughlin was on the hot seat up until that point and Eli was approaching bust status, but the fans and media lit a fire underneath them. Will this happen w/ the Bills ? Who knows, but I liked the grit they showed at the end up last season rattling off all those wins and barely losing by a FG to the eventual champs.

I hope Buffalo does everything they can to secure a WR. I don’t care if it’s for a high round pick. We have an extra 2nd to work with. Adams is totally worth it. As much as people hate Diggs, he transformed this offense when he got here and I think Adams is much more suited to Allen’s style. McDermott is slowly approaching the hot seat and desperate times call for desperate measures. And the cherry on top is this takes the pressure off Keon Coleman so he can develop without the stress of having to be the WR1 right out of the gate. It all makes too much sense to actually happen.

Because we see teams like the Chiefs and Brady-led Patriots w/ subpar WRs win games and feel like Allen should be able to do the same. I’m not throwing in the towel yet. IMO, the coaching is the bigger than any roster issues
