  1. Considering how improbable it was we would be here in this spot naught but 6 weeks ago, you’ve gotta believe at this point we are on a special ride that will not end today. Go Bills!!!
  2. Somehow, someway, this alpiney llama fleece of his just…works. 🤔
  3. Remember all of the complaints by the players about last year’s grass field in Arizona being too slippery/prone to poor footing? The NFL is doing its best to avoid a repeat—shipping the specially grown turf all the way from a farm in Cali to Allegiant Field’s rollout field infrastructure (same type of tray system as in Arizona), all new sod is being prepped as we speak. Here’s hoping they don’t overwater it to death again—that appears to have been the main culprit last year. Do we have any landscaping experts among us who can comment on the durability of the type of grass the NFL is going to use? • Awesome! (+1)
  4. Fully guaranteed!!! 🤗
  5. It’s hard for anything to top Hyacinth “bouquet” Bucket on the laughs meter—but what’s the show you’re referencing from the last 15 years? I want to make sure I’m not missing out! 😁
  6. Keeping up Appearances, Are You Being Served & Fawlty Towers to list just a few, set a high bar imho—have loved classic Britcoms for a long time.
  7. The replies to this topic in their forum are pretty gold as well. To their credit, most of the responses to that OP offer up some version of "need to suck it up and not be like the whiny Bills fans complaining about the heat down here" 😆.
  8. According to Buffalo Rumblings, he may be available by the divisional round. (Buried in this article on Klein). https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2024/1/11/24034439/buffalo-bills-bring-linebacker-a-j-klein-back-ahead-of-wild-card-weekend
  9. Also acceptable: we’re on to Pittsburgh.
  10. Amish loaf bread, yummmm!!!
  11. Good topic OP—this was tough as there are so many “undeserving” SB winner candidates on this list to choose from! I went with Dallas by a hair over KC/Miami, that’s definitely the top 3 imho. Any of these for many reasons would bother me to see win.
  12. Tasker is so good at these!! And give the man his HOF jacket already while we’re at it!
  13. The epitome of a “player’s coach” imho. Seemed to be a really approachable guy in his coaching style.
  14. Somewhere over in that cloud of dust [or snow?], 2 yards were just earned. I like it! 😁 You're not wrong OP, but I hope we can let Josh do what he does best, enough to salt this away early, regardless of weather.
  15. At this point I really am starting to feel bad for the guy. I mean, why subject yourself to this process yet again, when you know you don't fit the profile of what everyone is looking for (next young "it" offensive wunderkind guy from the McVay/Shanahan/Reid trees and/or college)? You've made enough money in theory being around this league forever, and what's wrong with a little laurel resting amongst the rolling golf course hills in [insert name of warm/sunny locale here]? He's in for more disappointment, imho.
  16. I'll be applauding everyone who's in the stands, and wishing I was there with you to see it all in person (I'm serious!). No matter how accurate the snow chart is or isn't, the temps will be brutal for all. Can we start a new poll thread on which players are most likely to go sleeveless/no hand warmers? 😁
  17. Guess it helps to have some palms still greased by Terry? Not sure how much was left on Rex's deal with the Bills when he finally got the boot, but I'm sure Rex made out handsomely.
  18. And Kyle Brandt/Chris Simms 😆
  19. Wouldn’t this tush play now lend itself to the ultimate 4th down superplay of flea flicker back to the pushing back to toss an easy completion for a TD while the defensive beefcake is otherwise occupied? 🤔
  20. I feel like this is especially true with us playing the Dolphins…just like Marino never made it past Kelly head to head when it mattered, Tua hasn’t been able to get past Allen when it matters…
  21. Nick Wright says 👋. Some tools will never be sharpened I guess 🤷🏼‍♂️.
  22. Truly, truly awful. RIP to the victim, may his family eventually find peace in the middle of this senselessness, and perp(s) be brought to the light of day.
  23. Donuts, it was a mixed bag tbh...weather was actually not great for portion of it (cooler side/rainy), and I ended up running just the first 3 days (5k, 10k, and half marathon), and not the full (last minute scheduling issue, had to come home a day early). Storm predictions for the Saturday meant that RunDisney shortened the half course by 6 miles as of the night before, so we ran a glorified 10K with a 4:45 am start to beat the rain/lightning, and for the slowest groups they cut off a further mile during the race...lots of unhappy runners I can tell you! I felt bad for my sister and my nephew who were running down there for the first time ever, and experienced a shortened race and less of the entertaining experience that this usually is--but we still got to at least spend some time as a family, given we live half a country apart, that's what matters most. For the record, my "blistering" pace was a staid 13:11/per mile average.
